Review of guitarcenter
I called Jeremy at the Columbus store about a used guitar, and he was super helpful over the phone. I ordered it online, and Austin was fantastic in helping me order other items, and called me personally to complete the sale, with a follow-up email to introduce himself for anything I needed further. Absolutely brilliant customer service from both guys! 11/10.
Review of eventbrite
Event Brite is designed for the benefit of the organizer. They can sell anything (concert/event tickets) however they want (with promises they don’t have to fulfill like VIP amenities). If you don’t get the service the way it was intended they still will not help you. They will tell you to contact the organizer. The website is only designed to get your money for the planner and for eventbrite to get processing fees (I paid $150 in fees). You will get charged two ways to use their service VIP tickets for me totaled at $1,150. Don’t buy any concert or event tickets unless you are ok with ANY result. Just know that customer service only will take messages and phone calls from people who are planning an event. Not people who are actually trying to get help. I didn’t get the full amenities of my VIP ticket and nothing was done about it ($940 wasted).
Review of chess
My 12 year old son loves playing chess and was having the best time learning the game on chess.com. We bought him a diamond membership to get the analysis and help him improve his game further. He absolutely loved this feature and he was quickly improving his game. A few months in, he was upset to receive a ban for fair play breaches. Fair play bots had decided that he was not meeting fair play guidelines. We appealed the ban and they set up a new account for him. We asked for an explanation as to why his account was flagged and no explanation was forthcoming. Maybe his game was improving too quickly? Maybe his game play was sometimes more erratic than you might see in an adult player? A couple of months later and the same thing happened again. His account was closed this time with no email or warning from chess.com. He loves his chess so this was upsetting and frustrating. I’ve emailed chess.comtwice now to understand the reason for the bans, but no response has been forthcoming. And no refund has been offered either. It’s such a shame that a site that has the potential to be brilliant is plagued by faulty ‘fair play’ bots. When they’re rooting out genuine players, the rogue bots need banning rather than the players! The chess.com premium membership business model will soon burn out as genuine top class players get tired with the constant bans. Chess.com takes the fun out of the game.

Review of target
I ordered a set of two chairs. They were delivered without any legs or hardware. I used the online chat and it was probably the worst online chat experience i've had because it was so slow and it seemed like the reps just did not care at all. I've also never had an online chat experience end so abruptly. The customer service rep ended up saying someone from Target would reach out to me to discuss the return of my items and ended the chat. So having no idea how that would work I just called Target's customer service phone number. A girl told me that UPS would pick up the chairs the next day. Well that was obviously untrue because Target sent me an email the following day saying UPS would come in 3 days to pick up my chairs. Then UPS comes and leaves me a return label despite the fact that the box of chairs was sitting right on my doorstep. I won't be purchasing any more furniture from Target and I plan to avoid online shopping there altogether. Obviously no one who works there knows what they're doing.
Review of domain
Customer Service has always been top notch. It doesn't matter if I had a technical question, a billing question or a general service inquiry the interactions are always professional, courteous and quick. I will continue to do business with Domain.com because I know IF I have an issue I will always receive the best service.

I created an account and set up an ad campaign. In the end, I couldn't launch it because I wasn’t able to add a new phone number. I tried three different numbers — no SMS messages came through, and I didn’t receive any calls. Then I tried to recover my old account. I managed to restore it and set up the ads again — and they blocked it. I was denied the ability to create a new account. They’re so obsessed with their "security" that even the slightest move seems suspicious to them. Whoever built Ads Manager clearly has a special place in hell. Only Zuckerberg himself knows how to actually verify a phone number. Support doesn’t respond at all.
