I have been using Go Daddy for more than 10 years now and not only their products are good but their customer service is always kind and eager to help with any issues at hand. On this opportunity Mr. Anderson from the customer service department helped me and I can’t address more the fact that he gave me an outstanding service.

My experience with Jacob was great. He was patient and went out of his way to try and help me resolve my issue. On the other hand, GoDaddy has held my fund of $2900.00 for several days now. I have responded to all of their emails, provided them with all of the requested information, and my fund are still held.

I wish I had read McAfee reviews before purchasing. They tell you that a refund will be given within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with purchase. Don’t be fooled by this. It will not happen. They transferred me to 4 different staff, put me on hold for 35+ minutes between calls, I suppose hoping you would hang up. Finally on the last call their rep told me she was putting me on hold, asked for my phone number saying if she lost me she would call me back. I held for quite sometime and realized I was no longer connected. I never received a call back. MCAFEE is impossible to deal with. BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY.

30 refund policy not extended over festive period...so be careful or avoid if buying gifts. Bought Christmas gift item and delivered on the 25th November. Upon opening on Christmas day (25th December), item not wanted but can not return because PlayStation only has 30 days refund policy regardless of holidays/festive season.

Not at all happy with the quality of the "audience" I paid for. I paid nearly $1000 for 100 responses, of which is was clear based on the answers the "audience" only wanted to complete the survey to get paid. Very few of the 100 people answered the questions properly. Very unhappy with how unrewarding this was for the cost.
