I wish I had read McAfee reviews before purchasing. They tell you that a refund will be given within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with purchase. Don’t be fooled by this. It will not happen. They transferred me to 4 different staff, put me on hold for 35+ minutes between calls, I suppose hoping you would hang up. Finally on the last call their rep told me she was putting me on hold, asked for my phone number saying if she lost me she would call me back. I held for quite sometime and realized I was no longer connected. I never received a call back. MCAFEE is impossible to deal with. BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY.
