Wayfair forces customers to pay & work for Wayfair's mistakes, with zero remorse.

Ordered over $1,000 worth of countertop height stools. I received barstools instead. They force the customer to print out a return slip and haul, no matter how big, heavy, or quantity the items to a FedEx location that may or may not charge the customer a fee. They do not guarantee your refund. And when the items received are not correct and you return them, that counts as a return and then if the next package is incorrect, you're stuck and can't get a refund. After learning this from Chelsea at Wayfair, I requested the refund and cancelation. Once I said I wanted to cancel, Chelsea informed me my refund request MAY or MAY NOT be approved and it can take 48 hours to hear Wayfair's decision. 3 stools and I had to call back 3 times for Chelsea & Erin to get it right. I'm still waiting now for the finance team to look at the return and correct it, since so far I've only received the amount of one stool back to me. The hassle and risk is NOT worth shopping at Wayfair. They take zero ownership for their mistakes and demand customers to pick up the slack with their time, money, labor. Also, I left a product review with the entire ordeal mentioned and they do not post the negative reviews, so now I know the public can't even trust their reviews.
