DO NOT DEPEND ON ANYTHING META FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Meta will randomly shut you down out of the blue and there's no way to get in touch with Meta customer service. Emails go unanswered for weeks and Meta has made sure there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM VIA PHONE.

I basically had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop charging me. They are one of these companies that makes it as hard as possible to cancel once you've started a subscription... no phone number and wont respond to emails.

I provided an accurate review of a restaurant, which Yelp took down because I subjectively described my experience in derogatory, non-abusive terms. They bowed to the company, which defeats the very purpose of this purported platform. Yelp will be bought and paid for soon, if it hasn't happened already. Yelp has hid too long behind federal law as an excuse for its open forum, which is filled with unproven and unsubstantiated complaints that Yelp never verifies. This platform spreads misinformation with impunity and it borders on comical for yelp to edit my posts when they actually tell the truth.

Ive bought Croc products online and had to make a return due size issues. My refund of over $200 has not been issued to me. Paypay say Croc have canceled the refund and Croc say we have issued the refund. While I say I have no funds in my account and a clear paypal account message saying the refund has bee cancelled. The communication exchange between Croc Customer Service (Ana from Crocs Ecommerce Team) and I, emails going back forth, has been and still is extremely poor asking for details I have already previous provided in emails. It has now been over 7 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund! I will never buy from Croc again.

I only give it a 2 because out of the 6-7 times I HAD to call in I got 2 great reps. That leaves 4-5 pieces of trash who work for Nintendo and have no customer service skills whatsoever. Bought the switch on Black Friday for my son to open on Xmas, it stopped working within 2 months of Christmas. The process to get a shipping label was the worst experience I have ever dealt with, it took 3 months to get the damn label and one of those great employees told me it should’ve been given the first time around. So not only did my son only get to play it a handful of times before the piece of crap switch died out and needed to be sent for repair but you got guys over there who don’t even know how to do their job. I would never buy another switch again too much money spent on a device that makes you buy more to play and doesn’t even last. Not worth the hassle.

Constant spam phone calls since I gave my number to Hubspot. I submitted a LinkedIn form in order to receive a marketing document. Since that day I've been receiving 5-6 spam calls each day. Putting this here in case others are experiencing the same.
