Save yourself the time and stress

I only give it a 2 because out of the 6-7 times I HAD to call in I got 2 great reps. That leaves 4-5 pieces of trash who work for Nintendo and have no customer service skills whatsoever. Bought the switch on Black Friday for my son to open on Xmas, it stopped working within 2 months of Christmas. The process to get a shipping label was the worst experience I have ever dealt with, it took 3 months to get the damn label and one of those great employees told me it should’ve been given the first time around. So not only did my son only get to play it a handful of times before the piece of crap switch died out and needed to be sent for repair but you got guys over there who don’t even know how to do their job. I would never buy another switch again too much money spent on a device that makes you buy more to play and doesn’t even last. Not worth the hassle.
