I am not a big fan of doing reviews- it’s got to exceptional service or extremely bad. My first customer service experience which I was already dreading via chat put all my biases to rest. I was able to share screenshot and receive quick screen guidance to know I was working with a representative who knew his stuff. My process questions were around a domain transfer request and let me tell you - I got it resolved and a refund.
