They should not have bought google domains.Apart from the constant technical issues I've faced with Squarespace,They've now billed me £140 for domains I don't even have access to - and then during the process of trying to get a refund; they said "the payment failed the bill did not go through, we can't give a refund the payment didn't go through". When showing screenshots and explaining there is an issue because I have been billed, I was told "You didn't get charged". Now I have to wait 2 months for my bank to look at my appeal to get the money claimed back.

Tried to send out an email letting our customers know that our store was closing. After uploading our email list (appx 7,500, which was obtained in-store, directly from our customers), we created a campaign and sent it. SendPulse took 1,000 random emails in the campaign and did a "test run" to pass a "moderation" by their system. After these 1,000 emails were sent out, the campaign was denied because too many emails were incorrect. We were told we had harvested these emails from an online site, which was against their policies and were now blocked from sending. Despite several emails back and forth explaining we definitely never harvested emails, our only recourse was to use their "verification tool" (an extra charge of $61, of course) and even then, the results only gave us back a small percentage as "approved." Everything else was deemed "risky"...risky for who!?Overall a very stressful and frustrating experience that added to an already stressful time for our business. This moderation process is not clearly layed out when you sign up, and only happens after you send your campaign. Communication with support is not helpful at all. Would not recommend this service at all...had much better results with Vertical Response.

Stay away from this Company, they are a complete scam. I ordered 4 products from them months ago, which I never received. I have reached out to customer service US, who states they cannot assist and refers me to Global, although I am in the US, Global says they cannot assist and that I have to go through US Customer Service....so no resolution. I have my invoice/order#, yet there is no way to track or view your order. Do not buy anything from this company, avoid them...you will regret it if you do try to purchase from them!!!!!

Secure (and private) cloud storage - at least as far as cloud providers go. I find the "Pro Lite" level fine for my needs - 400gb storage with 1tb transfer, though I'll probably upgrade at some point. Integration with Linux is also hugely appreciated.

Wells Fargo international wire transfer system is a joke. DO NOT USE THIS. While the process is relatively straight forward, and the exchange rate is acceptable but not great, the fact they take up to 10 days to process a wire transfer that should be done within 24 hours is appalling. Oh yeah, and they don't tell you that it will take 10 days. This is crap service from a crap bank

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Abonnent dieses Magazins T3N und war lange Zeit sehr zufrieden. Leider kommt es nun seit über zwei Jahren regelmässig zu Problemen mit der Zustellung. Nahezu jede Ausgabe erhalte ich erst nach mehrmaliger Reklamation – oder ich bekomme stattdessen den Heftpreis erstattet. Was besonders enttäuschend ist: Trotz zahlreicher Hinweise meinerseits über einen langen Zeitraum hinweg wurde das Problem nie dauerhaft gelöst. Meine Emails wurden entweder gar nicht beantwortet oder man hat eine Besserung versprochen, die nie eintrat.Ich hoffe sehr, dass das Unternehmen die Ursache der Zustellprobleme endlich klärt, die aktuelle Ausgabe schnellstmöglich nachliefert und auf meine bisherigen Anfragen zeitnah reagiert. So wie es aktuell läuft, ist es für langjährige Abonnenten leider sehr enttäuschend.

Expensive solution with no data tracking.You have to do a lot of clicks to register ANY activity.No calendar to plan your work in CRM.Lack of information to review the whole scope of work to be done.Lack of correct filtering.No connection between the account and contact in this account.A lot of technical issues, the system doesnt work propely, half of the day you cant put in your activities.Compare to the price and functionalities does not worth the price.All in all horrible system

Elementor is what I use on my websites. I wouldn't use it if it wasn't awesome. This is about the company. I recently had a medical event. It happened a couple days before my account autorenewed. Even though their policy clearly states they don't refund after a charge goes through, when I explained my situation, they graciously gave me the much needed refund. There are actual humans there, and they are great. Thanks Elementor.

Dell inspirion hinges broke within a year which broke the screen too !I asked Dell to fix it and they said they would call back because the hinge and screen were unavailable from manufacturers. I then took it to a local repair shop and had a non genuine screen fitted( because you can't get genuine ) and a new hinge fitted.... six months down the line and it's done exactly the same , broke screen and seized hinges £300 down the drain! Dell knows about this issue but doesn't want to do anything about it! DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE LAPTOPS !
