HP IS HELL, AVOID THEMI have been through a nightmre with them, I have already placed a complian in Mexico city with local authorities.Unfortunatelly I have bough a laptop of that brand using amazon. Thanks God it was amazon and I was able to send back the laptop before 30 days and get my money back.BUT, using hp website for Mexico, at the same time I bought the laptop, I bought a extention of the warranty.WELL, I am still waiting to this date 27th August since 4th April to get the refunf of that warranty extention.The HP CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HELL, they do nothing. If the person handling your case is not at his position they tell you to call later. Can you believe that??NEVER EVEN AGAIN ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND

Their website simply isn't working. I tried to subscribe for the 12 week trail but cannot manage to change the country to UK and the 'next' button isn't working. Their articles (which I have read elsewhere) seemed good, but, The Economist appears to be seriously lagging behind their competitors in the technical aspects of online journalism.-------------------*Regarding The Economist's reply.Not realising that you cannot reply to replies on Trustpilot, and failing to provide any contact details when I am actively trying to subscribe to their service, further highlights their online ineptitude.

This company doesn't care!Started processing transactions, less than a month they conduct a risk assessment (after the original account setup verification documents had already been provided.Deemed that our account was 'Too Risky' and immediately closed our account. To date, they have not remitted any of the funds to us that they have processed on our behalf.They have locked out our account, so we can't even review and see if there are any chargebacks or other transactions that 'might' warrant a review.Of course they followed their 'risk review processes' and don't even ask for additional documentation or clarification on business model or operations. One size fits all approach and they don't care about the little guys or startups.If you and your customers want to be left 'hanging' in thin air with no payment processor, choose these guys and good luck.I only wish I had read these reviews first......

I went to cancel my order around 2 days ago and decided to call the customer service. First off the guy wasn't even paying attention to the phone call and was talking to his coworker or whoever until I said "Hello??" about 2 times. And I went on asking to cancel my order and he apparently "canceled" the order and confirmed I won't be charged for the order. He kept on losing focus and slurring his words as if he was on something, but I went, as long as the order is canceled I got nothing to care for. But two days later, now I just got a shipping notification and confirmation from Urban outfitters. Literally asked for one simple task of confirming the order, this guy goes on saying that it is done and proceeds to not do one simple task. It isn't even nothing difficult I believe and I waited for him to do it as well. Never ordering from Urban outfitters again, worst experience with their customer service member, wish there was a way to give them zero star, this was absolutely an horrible experience.

Sadly, customer service seems to be the lowest priority for Active Campaign. We have been waiting since 23rd November 2022 for a response as we are no longer able to access our affiliate account using the link AC provides on their website. We have referred several clients to AC so have generated a lot of business for them, which is clearly not important to them seeing as they feel that our enquiry for access to our own account is being ignored. We will no longer be recommending AC and have started to move all existing client accounts to Send in Blue who offer fantastic onboarding and customer service.Such a shame you have let so many users down AC.
