Cancelling Is A Nightmare

Downloaded it to occupy me during downtime on holiday and it functioned just fine. There's a nice selection of TV shows for both adults and kids. BUT, I returned home and wanted to cancel my subscription as it was no longer needed. Cancelling your subscription is an ABSOLUTE FIASCO. There was no option to cancel my subscription where it logs how many months you've paid for so I opened a chat with a customer rep who asked for my payment method, which I gave and they refused even though I later found out it was correct. In the end, I bypassed the BS from the rep and blocked the next payment with my bank. Never again. I would not use a service where cancelling a subscription is so difficult and had I previously known that Disney did this, I would not have opened the subscription with them.
