Once the measure of excellence it has fallen by poor service and unreliable software. I use my bank credit card when there’s a consumer issue now and it’s easier and faster to get refund. Customer service today took all day and issue of their error not resolved. If you must use it keep to one debit and one credit card so they can’t change what you set: I have screen grabs of their changing my set cards and using others 4 times aggregate in less than 24 hours. Too much competition for such a shoddy business which is clearly reflected in the (non) performance of their stock which says it all: no investor confidence as well as no consumer confidence.
