Once upon a time I loved buying GQ regulary but then it all started coming down as of recently. It looks like a magazine for teenagers who can't afford any of the stuff they are advertising/promoting. I guess their audience age dropped from 40 to 17.

I have had three Galaxy s22 on my account for well over 2 years. I elected to get the extended warranty when I bought them. Never had a claim. Recently the battery on one of them started failing. I called AT&t and they sent me to their agent asurion. That was 10 days ago. Nightmare ever since. First they wanted to send me over 60 miles away to a tech center. I live in metropolitan Orlando. I refused and asked AT&t to intercede. They did and asurion agreed to send a tech to my home to replace the battery. Never showed up. I called again. Asurion said the appointment was canceled because they didn't have the part. Said they would probably be getting new batteries and I should sign in and check every day to see if a battery is in. I said why don't you call me when you get it. They said it doesn't work that way. There is much more craziness to this story but I won't bore you with the details. AT&t needs to do a better job of picking their agents

Tried to call in to make a payment after I switched providers, kept telling me they couldn't find any accounts with any of my information and "not to worry."Get a call today that it went to collections! I get to skip buying groceries so I don't also lose my credit score.Overpriced and awful, they can eat the cost they are just too greedy.

I am a restaurateur and have been in contact for a year. Be careful, they take you down to the restaurant and they are not trustworthy. They make you a contract then you don't see anyone again. There is a person who is responsible in the UK who only makes fun of you. Be careful

I've purchased many items from Legos website, delivery is free over £50 & they're usually giving a small free model away with orders. Delivery is very efficient, well packed and being a VIP member i earn points which eventually gives me money off my next order, however unless you're buying a model just released, you can usually get a better deal elsewhere and the VIP points don't usually make up the price difference.The latest technic models are getting bigger, with more features, but again so is the price, the £250 price of the new Porsche model puts me off buying it, its a lot of money and I can't really afford or justify that spend, esoecially when the model has to be moded to make it rc, it should be rc @ that price. I usually buy a model and have to sell it on, but that would be too much risk, i'd rather wait to see what else comes along, I will be able to get 2-3 models for that price.I think Lego is great, but a bit expensive, there are many fantastuc moc's out there and Lego can't/won't even make 1 of there most exoensive models rc as standard, disappointing.

I came in to purchase a 43" computer screen, speakers and web cam camera. I bought the best in the store. I was advised how to connect. I followed the directions given to the letter and did not work. I called trying to get the salesperson on the phone only to be disconnected once, left on hold once for 20 minutes then the third time got someone who was like a robot with questions for20 minutes finally hung up. If there was a zero rating, I would have given. If you want follow up assistance DO NOT GO HERE!!! I called one hour afyter leaving the store. I will hire my own IT person to remedy the issue.

I booked a flight through Agoda. I was sent an email that said the flight could not be secured. Not wanting to miss out on my desired date, I booked another flight with another company. Later that day, Agoda sends me a message saying my booking has been confirmed for the flight I was told could not be secured. On top of this, my cancellation request has just been stuck on pending with no communications. Agoda has wasted my money. Why say it cannot be confirmed if it can be?!

I have nothing bad to say about Thomann. I ordered for the first time in 2016 on a separate account and the service, speed of delivery, high quality and diverse selection were already part of their business model back then. The prices are usually at least as cheap as elsewhere and often the cheapest. Of course, you can sometimes get a product cheaper elsewhere, but that's the case with all stores. I will definitely buy more from Thomann in the future.

I heard quite a few horror stories about the Kroger Wesley Chapel location. Steer wide and clear of this location. Store Manager has no business with this job, PERIOD!!! Harassing your employees and expecting good performance. I have never heard or seen anything like the horrible treatment from the so called “Manager”. Manager can’t and shouldn’t be managing ANYONE! You have to have a special mindset and SKILLS to properly do this job and baby she’s NOT IT! She should be removed IMMEDIATELY! She has no interest in learning to do the job properly. Just collect coins and slave drive. Definitely don’t go there looking for work unless you trying to punish yourself. NOT WORTH IT! It’s been going on forever so the requested date is a joke.

I have had an ongoing issue with a brand new laptop brought in November 2023Product Description: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y3AV)Product Number: 8U795EASerial Number: 5CD338F7NKCase Subject: (TECH) OS crashingI have been reporting it since December 2023 to my recollection. Since then you have done everything you can to fix the issue remotely. This has not worked. The laptop is still consistently crashing despite being plugged in fully charged and under light usage This is causing me stress and hassle due to lost work and missed online appointments particularly Due to this I have requested a refund / replacement This was verbally agreed to but I have since been sent an email to say this would not be honoured as there is no record of my contacting within the first 30 days of perchase. I have also been told that there is no complaints team to speak to I have also been told to return the laptop for physical rather than remote repairs I have since been told that I will have to do remote assistance. I have subsequently emailed in to request help And evidence of the call recordings of December 2023I’ve been told you don’t have these ( you have a right to provide these as per a customers Subject Access Request) I have asked for the part of the contract of sale that states that refunds / replacements are only given within 30 days of per chase ( I’m adamant that I did this by call around 9-12 December from my mobile as I’m very neurodiverse so I find calling easier ) But I have not been provided with this I have also been hung up on for no reason when trying to resolve this complaint on 23/05/24,at approx 18:00. From the above number. Clicking buy now bypasses delivery address, payment method, and apply voucher.Lead to me ordering to the wrong address and not being able to apply my vouchers.Had to cancel everything and re-order.No way to complain on Amazon about poor/annoying features like this.Shouldn't say buy now as the default basket option.
