Extremely poor extended warranty

I have had three Galaxy s22 on my account for well over 2 years. I elected to get the extended warranty when I bought them. Never had a claim. Recently the battery on one of them started failing. I called AT&t and they sent me to their agent asurion. That was 10 days ago. Nightmare ever since. First they wanted to send me over 60 miles away to a tech center. I live in metropolitan Orlando. I refused and asked AT&t to intercede. They did and asurion agreed to send a tech to my home to replace the battery. Never showed up. I called again. Asurion said the appointment was canceled because they didn't have the part. Said they would probably be getting new batteries and I should sign in and check every day to see if a battery is in. I said why don't you call me when you get it. They said it doesn't work that way. There is much more craziness to this story but I won't bore you with the details. AT&t needs to do a better job of picking their agents
