They will take random charges from your bank

10 days into our monthly plan they charged us again for the entire month without notice (£47.81) plus an additional charge of £9.96 because we had apparently collected extra emails this month.I can understand charging extra fees for going over on the monthly renewal date but charging for the entire month again without any notice is frankly a scam.I've been passed to billing support who apparently only work over email and not chat - but nobody has gotten back to me. They make it impossible to obtain a refund.I'm cancelling because I'm worried they will continue taking random charges from our bank account without permission.How they became so well recommended in the field of email marketing is beyond me. AVOID this company.

Stay far far away

Two years ago I subscribed to their yearly subscription. A year ago when it came up for renewal, I cancelled. They offered me a discount to stay, but I refused because I didn't use the service. Now another year later, I see a charge from gopro. My credit card had expired so how they managed to charge me is bs, but I called. I've never dealt with such horrible people. They do not care. They have a fast answer for everything you try to say to them. They send renewal emails (they didn't. Yes I checked spam. I didn't check a box that allowed them to send me a renewal email so they say) They can't transfer you. They can't see that you haven't logged on. Whatever you bring up, they have a fast answer. After getting a callback from a supervisor and getting treated even worse than the front line idiot in spite of me doing everything I could do to be polite, the only way I was going to get refunded was if I had a screenshot from a year ago that proved I cancelled. They do not care. They will treat you horribly if you call them. You might as well go straight to your credit card company and open a dispute. It's your only hope and it will save you from just being treated poorly by gopro. They will NEVER get another penny from me. Absolute horrible human beings.

Terrible customer support and…

Terrible customer support and resolution team. No help, no understanding. They just respond with terms and conditions rather than treating cases individually. My other half accidentally bought a game I had already downloaded on our PS5(I accidentally left it in her basket before purchasing it from my own account). Because the games automatically download, it happened instantly with this game because it was already on the console. So even though she instantly realised the mistake it was too late to cancel the download and now we have the same game twice. Playstation won't refund because they say she's downloaded the game(she's not played it) even though the download happened automatically not giving her a chance to rectify the error. We understand it was an error not to check the basket fully before purchase but the aftercare is astonishingly bad. It leaves us both with an incredibly sour taste and a severely damaged opinion of the playstation and Sony brand. What a shame Wish we had the time to take this further, we'll keep trying to get a refund.

they have THE WORST customer service.

they have THE WORST customer service.especially if it's about a forgotten item in a car. they only send u those stupid automated messages telling you to just wait, dont answer questions and there's no other way to contact the driver or the customer support. it feels like they're not taking the sutuation serious enough.. uber i need my phone back!

I do scriptwriting and thought it would be a good idea to add AI images of scenes to the script. I pay £20 a month and all i can say is that ChatGPT is nothing but a rip off. Stupid guidelines and saying about violations. I was refused an image of a woman opening a door. There was no nudity, violence or sexual content just a fully clothed woman opening a door but it said it could not generate the image because it violated guidelines. These stupid guidelines are not mentioned in the advert when they want your money. You only find out after you have paid them.
