ThievesRecently I bought ( in February!) three books, paying 130 euro, and I didn't receive any of them! I tried to complaint yet nothing happened! THE TRUE WORLD OF BOOKS is one of the sellers, to whom I paid 45 euros for one book which I have never seen.Could anybody bring them to justice? Buyer's rights? I should be able to pay AFTER the book is in my hand, that's the online shopping! I should be able to return legally, if the product isn't as it should? Why abebooks became such a "gathering of thieves and deception"?

I cannot cancel my account. It’s possible that I may have access the service in the future. If I wanted to watch a movie that was provided through Hulu. However, this point, I will never forget this negative experience of trying for more than 30 minutes to cancel the account. It will not send me the email to reset password. I tried everything. Very frustrating. Will have to contact my credit card to ask them to help. Terrible service.

Themeforest policies keep prices high due to volume license prohibition. I like using Avada for WordPress themes but, unlike Divi, they don't provide any discount for multiple sites. Avada says this is due to Envato Market policies. I maintain over 100 sites and Avada licenses for all would run over US$7200, whereas a $250 volume license from a competitor would cover them all and more.

Terrible customer experience. They charged an expired credit card for a yearly subscription and would not reverse the charge when I called them about it a few days later after I saw the charge. It's in their policy statement not to offer refunds and they had zero flexibility or concern. I will not be buying any other products from them and I will be sharing my terrible experience in every way in every forum. Bad service and customer experience has a way of catching up with companies who continually abuse a loyal customer base.

I have been watching Fox News every sense they aired no more, by by Fox News hello newsmax .No more Juan Williams Donna Brazile,,Jessica Tarlov, Chris Wallace, Chris Hahn. If I want to listen to these hacks and many more, I would watch CNN. P.S It sure got off a quiet over there on Fox about Joe Biden and Hunter's emails and nobody's mentioning George sorrells really.

Order took a month to come and then had 2 items missing, no refund given for the missing items. Cannot get through on the phone and emails are unanswered. I have never know such a high profile shop have such awful customer service. Been a customer for over 10 years, will never shop from them again.

Remote broke within a year which they confirmed was under warranty and broken. They made me pay for shipping to send it to fix or replace - got an email they received it and within an hour it was being sent back fixed?! Nope they just sent back the same unfixed remote!! Poor kid waited weeks - never dealt with such shadiness.

I needed to cancel my current subscription, but I wasnt able to find how to do it, I mean the website has very clear and easy steps to follow but I just couldnt. So I open a support chat and they solve my problem almos inmediatly and my money was hastily refunded.
