Remote broke within a year which they confirmed was under warranty and broken. They made me pay for shipping to send it to fix or replace - got an email they received it and within an hour it was being sent back fixed?! Nope they just sent back the same unfixed remote!! Poor kid waited weeks - never dealt with such shadiness.
