Terrible customer experience. They charged an expired credit card for a yearly subscription and would not reverse the charge when I called them about it a few days later after I saw the charge. It's in their policy statement not to offer refunds and they had zero flexibility or concern. I will not be buying any other products from them and I will be sharing my terrible experience in every way in every forum. Bad service and customer experience has a way of catching up with companies who continually abuse a loyal customer base.
