This is the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. I need help regarding an event for my disabled son and the website is a circle of "contact the organiser" which is not possible on the website. There is no email address and the phone number is a circle of information saying refer to website. Unbelievable service

Weak management

many years ago i was building a national team group. I was admin of that group. Had big plans. planned to invite all the FMs and IMs in my country because i liked the idea of competing in daily matches. that is truly unique about chess.com and the reason why i play there. It allows me to think deep as if i am in a classical game.Anyway, some dude joined our group, and simply requested chess.com management to grant super admin role and he got it! he started coordinating matches as he wished. our stats went down hill. I was really outraged and protested to chess.com and asked how could someone random just get it, bypassing group admins. Well the short answer is he had a subscription and he was affiliated with chess.com. and pretty much didn't care about me and my frustration. That is when i knew the management lacks professionalism and i quit.Came back years later just to get to play some Daily matches. What prompted me to write this review? well i was playing a 10 minute game just now, and my game aborted out of the blue after 26 moves. How is that possible?Lousy management

The BBC Is a propaganda organ of the British state. It is the last news outlet in the world I would trust and would never give it credibility by digesting their lies. They were found guilty in court of editing their 6 o clock news video footage during the "battle of Orgreave"reversing their footage showing miners charging police instead of the truth which was the police charging the miners and viciously beating them up with batons. It was done to demoniise the miners and crush the strike. They were bad then but now they hang on to the long lost trust people had in them. in the digital age we can fact check their bs, we don't need to use the BBC fat cheque, sorry fact check which is their own people.

Iron Maiden Miniatures Collection

Backed a project which was successful and was supported by Iron Maiden (yes the hugely popular rock band). I'm sure they won't be happy. Emailed the fulfilment company Drawlab several times, but with next to no communication. I've still not received my order and Looks like I've lost a large chunk of money. Don't touch Kickstarter with a barge pole.

Google has no telephone contact number

Google has no telephone contact number, to enable you to call human beings when things do not work with their services.Google actively steal money from ppl who buy domains by accepting payment, but then inventing non existent reasons to shut down your profile and website for your business or personal accounts.They have no ability to reply to simple emails. they have no ability to tell you exactly what went wrong instead they will lead you round in circles without actually telling you the problem with your account..I would not recommend using google to advertise your business because of the gross incompetence that they act out at google, by simply ignoring your emails & generally being avoidant of their failures.it's not realistic to expect customers who buy domains to be able to guess what's wrong without very precises instructions, on what the problem is. Google refuse to engage with the customers on any level, so they clearly don't care about your issues enough to look after you after a purchase.. Overall i would say avoid google at all costs they are a waste of time and money don't give them any money you will lose it

Avoid subscriptions, they don’t let you cancel. Dreadful customer care.

If I could leave less than 1* I would. It’s impossible to cancel a subscription online, I filled in the contact form as suggested saying I did not want to renew asking they cancel it, the price has rocketed. Explained I cannot call as expensive from overseas and that despite them saying you can select manage my subscription online and cancel - you can’t . Got an email 24 hours later saying I can click on manage my subscription and cancel or call the number although I had explained I am overseas and I had completed the contact form as per renewal email and that I did NOT consent to them taking £49 for the puzzle subscription. Next day got a similar standard email from the same team that failed once again to acknowledge that there is no such function to cancel and manage subscription. I had a young friend who is a software engineer look and agreed no way of cancelling online.They get you to sign up on introductory offer then ramp the price up and make it impossible to cancel. Customer service is non existent avoid at all costs. I have now said I will recover money if taken via small claims court and involve my MP, they don’t care this wasn’t addressed in the response. Asked for a manger to call me, that was ignored. I can’t call to cancel as it will cost me a fortune from overseas. They say you can cancel online which is dishonest. Still awaiting a customer service agent to actually read the email chain and assure me the subscription will not be renewed instead of a standard AI response repeating I can manage my subscription or call.

Avoid this company at all costs

The laptop I bought was faulty. I tried the online form and it said my order number was not recognised. E mails were unanswered. When I spoke to technical support they told me to speak to sales, when I spoke to sales they told me to speak to technical support then hung up when I pressed told them. So there is nothing I can do other than sue them. Terrible products and terrible customer service.

I can only go by my experience which I must say was really good. I tried buying crypto the day before Trumps inauguration/ MLK Jr's day and it was a weekend to boot and COINBASE was the only company I could find that would take my large $3000 crypto purchase . Thanks Coinbase for coming through when no-one else would. I was also able to withdraw the money off their exchange without a glitch. I see no reason not to use Coinbase in the future for any crypto purchases I need to make.
