If I could leave less than 1* I would. It’s impossible to cancel a subscription online, I filled in the contact form as suggested saying I did not want to renew asking they cancel it, the price has rocketed. Explained I cannot call as expensive from overseas and that despite them saying you can select manage my subscription online and cancel - you can’t . Got an email 24 hours later saying I can click on manage my subscription and cancel or call the number although I had explained I am overseas and I had completed the contact form as per renewal email and that I did NOT consent to them taking £49 for the puzzle subscription. Next day got a similar standard email from the same team that failed once again to acknowledge that there is no such function to cancel and manage subscription. I had a young friend who is a software engineer look and agreed no way of cancelling online.They get you to sign up on introductory offer then ramp the price up and make it impossible to cancel. Customer service is non existent avoid at all costs. I have now said I will recover money if taken via small claims court and involve my MP, they don’t care this wasn’t addressed in the response. Asked for a manger to call me, that was ignored. I can’t call to cancel as it will cost me a fortune from overseas. They say you can cancel online which is dishonest. Still awaiting a customer service agent to actually read the email chain and assure me the subscription will not be renewed instead of a standard AI response repeating I can manage my subscription or call.
