Horrible customer service

I’ve a HP ENVY 6000 which is still under warranty, but HP won’t honour my warranty. I’ve spent hours explaining the problem and even on a video call. Advisor acknowledged this is a printer issue and yet it’s been weeks and no replacement. Arrogant advisors and managers. Unbelievable that a reputed company is behaving this way and employing such tactics. Any idea how I can file a case against them?
