Amazon customer service is horrible, !! It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone with interest in problem solving. My acct was hacked into, so I called the Help line, their English speaking support people were RUDE, VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND AND DISRESPECTFUL.. and would not allow me to speak to a supervisor, The higher you go, I understand why there is no chain of supervision. I’m all but done with Amazon
