Worst Company Ever! I spent months trying to transfer my husband’s phone where we would ACTUALLY get a bill. It has taken months! And then when we finally get to where we need a transfer pin they LIED to us as well as tried to lock a phone we have already purchased outright from BestBuy. Once we got everything transferred we are still fighting to get his original number moved over because again they don’t give you the right transfer pin! DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

Ihr könnt überhaupt nicht nach denken wo habt ihr euren Abschluss gemacht in der Baumschule oder was??? -Mindestlohn voll verkehrt angesetzt, müsste viel höher sein -Renten viel zu niedrig -Alg sowie Bürger Gelder in falscher Höhe aufgenommen die in einer Bedarfsgemeinschaft müssten mehr bekommen als eine einzelne Person weil mehr Ausgaben -an Förderung für Aufnahme einer Ausbildung oder Arbeit viel zu hoch angesetzt deshalb so viele arbeitslose schon mal überlegt?-Man müsste eine Reichensteuer ein führen Und ihr wollt mir was von Wirtschaften erzählen? So dumm kann man nicht sein normalerweise müssten alle deutschen auswandern weil die Regierung versagt haben und lieber die Ausländer bevorzugen Statt uns deutschen -die Ämter unter aller wirken gegen eines Hilfebedürftigen und kommen ihre Pflichten nicht nach jeder macht momentan was er will und das ist heut zu Tage unser Staat der total versagt hat und das ist hier offensichtlich Bürger werden vernachlässigt ämter leisten hier nur noch unterlassener Hilfeleistung etc.-Zeitarbeits Firmen katastrophal habe genügend Erfahrungen sammeln können eine Katastrophe nach der anderen ihr kümmert euch nur um euch selbst da Krieg ich das k.....wenn nicht einer mal was im Gehirn hat um nachzudenken

I have ordered at least 40 knives, literally, and several other items. Never had a problem, except with one particular item – but I believe that the item was the problem not them. When I had a problem with an item I ordered and it did not show up in a reasonable time, they offered to refund me before I could even request it. They did give me a refund without question. The one thing to remember is that this is an overseas company and sometimes shipping does take a while. As long as you’re OK with that, I doubt you will have a problem. Also, they do make copies of certain items on the market and it’s obvious by the price, so be realistic if you order something that cost $1000 in the United States, and they are selling it for $100.

Unbelievably bad customer service and repair procedure! We bought a Samsung Hub Fridge, a supposedly top of the range fridge which at was retailing as high as £5000! We got it in Nov 2022 and in June 2024 it stopped working. The fridge had around £250 worth of food but much worse, it had 2 weeks supply of expressed breast milk for an 14 month old baby.We reported it on June the 6th and got an email from Samsung saying someone will be in touch soon. Their repair company called Mint emailed on the 11th and came to us about a week later. They said they coulnd't repair then and there so had to order parts which they did but then waited till the 2nd July to try and fit. When the engineer left, we pointed out that it was warmer in the frisge then outside and he said it would be fine in 3-4 hours, but it stayed warm so we called them next day.For the next 3 days they promised to call back but they didn't so we chased them. Mint told us they were waiting to hear from Samsung and Samsung said they are waiting for a report from Mint.We have now contacted Samsung 4 times and spoken to their Customer "Service" people called Gid, Angela, Nicole and Danny. EVERY SINGLE time we were promised a call back the same day but not one of these "service" people ca;;ed us back!It's now been nearly 5 weeks and we have no fridge freezer for what has now been almost 5 weeks.Shame on you Samsung for charging sooo much and giving this service in return. Absolutely shocking.I have recorded every call and informed each agent that I was doing so and I would make those recordings public if they hadn't sorted out by the 12th July, which is tomorrow. I will also be contacting Trading STandards and sending a letter from my solicitor asking for compensation.

I hate Dropbox! They have created a stupid error that they refuse to fix. I lose gigs of data and hours of work re-syncing nearly every month. If you have dropbox installed on an external drive, and if for any reason at all, your hard drive connection is disrupted for even a millisecond. Dropbox decides that you're deleting EVERYTHING! And does. Dropbox "Support's" response: The data is still on your hard drive so let it re-sync. This can take days, especially if you're sharing data between two machines. They tell me I should store dropbox on an internal drive. Where am I going to put 2 terabytes on a laptop!? I need to access these files at any time.

This is just a way for a school to get paid full price for a class and not do anything. I spend more time on the phone with support than I do working on the assignments.The quiz & test assignments have nothing to with what you read or practice. You can study the online crappy text book, do all the activities, read the flash cards, but when you take the tests you a shocked to find out the test has nothing to do with any of what you have done. Good luck if you have to upload a file before you submit an assignment. Every time you do the system gets hung up and breaks. Then you get to talk to their clueless tech support staff. Stay away from Cengage, that are complete garbage.

Terrible company. I got scammed by what looked like a legitimate website. When I found out, informed Amex who repeatedly refused to refund the payment despite it being a paid card not a free one. TWO MONTHS down the line and still no refund. Appalling customer service. I shall never be dealing with them again.

Decided to buy a new air fryer, and was suggested a deal to purchase the air fryer with disposable liners. When checking out I was given the option for an extra £1.99 for delivery by 1.00pm. It was never mentioned that it was just for the liners.Trust with these rip off merchants is rapidly decreasing, blatant false advertising.

I returned a parcel within the given time for a refund.The returns cost £10 for me to do it myself, although they took another £10 off me as they stated I used their prepaid labels which I didn’t - so £20 for a return!After all of that they have refused to give me a refund and have only offered me a gift card, which wasn’t even present on my account.The clothes are not even worth the money and trying to return anything.... just don’t bother buying from this store, a lot better stores out there with better customer service and better prices
