Called with faulty thermostat only to be put on hold for half an hour and then charged £98 for the privilege. Absolute con, didn’t even sort the issue and put us through to American line which charged us £98 for the call only!!! Absolute con! They still haven’t replaced the faulty thermostat either. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered quite a few things without issue until they refused a free return they advertised on an item. The item was poor quality but without a proper explanation Ali Express refused the free return even though they clearly advertised it.This now puts a massive question mark over Ali Express integrity. The customer service has been awful and taking me round in circle for 2 months now.Won't be buying anything again from them and would warn others to be very careful.

Just received another great product from Thomann. A new Harley Benton clgs 10s travel guitar. It's so nice for the price point. And I feel would be hard to beat anywhere else. I ordered a desktop all in one computer… order number SCEO18940101

I ordered a desktop all in one computer and it was supposed to be delivered Monday. Parcel Force said they’d been here but they obviously hadn’t as it is a shelter accommodation. Our doorbell never rang and the staff confirmed to me that nobody press the manager button to be let in there is a massive car park at the back they could’ve parked on but instead they have dropped it off at a post office somewhere here in Newcastle. I am 88 years old. Have problems walking and cannot get to the post office to collect it on HP delivered a printer and a laptop here in the last 12 months without any problems I spent two phone calls to HP one for 20 minutes and one for 35 minutes on the day it should’ve been arrived on Monday and she said she was going to send an email and to check I have checked today and I’ve got no sign of it

Accommodation didn’t exist. Do not use this company.

We landed in Budapest for a stag do only to find out the accommodation we had booked didn’t exist. The stag and best man spent hours on the phone trying to make sure we had somewhere to stay. They were put on hold for hours with no resolution. What more is there to say. Do not use this company.
