Specific issue - promising vouchers for completing a survey and then saying you don't qualify at the end of the process, and sending from a do-not-reply email address. You may deal with customers in bulk, but customers deal with you 121, which is a poor experience. I don't like having my time wasted.

My fiance filed her taxes on 2/16 and I filed a simple 1040ez on 2/18...not only have I not gotten my return, but ZERO communication when attempting to call...and yes I've tried all the "tricks". Just want what is owed to me or not, just lmk...????? Idc about some stimulus check! I want my refund! You're clogging up the system! Well done sir. Well done.(No there is not an issue with my return nor do I owe any taxes whatsoever.)

To start a chat (4 am - 8 pm USA Eastern Mon-Fri) you need to pick a few options describe your topic, but that takes seconds. Or you can send an email anytime.Squarespace creates beautiful, responsive websites that work on computers, tablets and phones. If you are a beginner and are happy with the Squarespace templates, you can create a great website that looks like a pro designed it. But you will be challenged if you are obsessive-compulsive and want to nudge and tweak things until they are just so. But you'd be challenged to that with any website creator - don't blame Squarespace!If you are a computer expert, you can easily do all sorts of typically complex tasks in way less time than on competing platforms. The interface is modern, using blocks as many competing website creators do. That is necessary to make your site look good and work well on phones and tablets. If you are stuck in an HTML coding mindset, you may not like Squarespace. But over half your visitors use mobile devices, so responsive tools are indispensable to designing a readable site. I wanted to move my Samsung Notes from…

I wanted to move my Samsung Notes from my phone onto my PC. It turns out the only way that this can be done is by me installing Office365 as well as Outlook365 on my PC. This seemed harmless to begin with, but then I thought why would I have to install the whole Office 365 as well as Outlook onto my PC. The only logical explanation I can find for this is Microsoft is desperate to push people over to O365. First they got rid of Outlook years back, and tried to push everyone onto Outlook365 then, after years when that strategy did not work, (who in their right mind would trust all their emails with Microsoft, or any other aggressive company?) they brought back Outlook, but without pst files, so that rather than keeping the files on our PC we would have to keep them inside Outlook (this is in preparation for them charging for keeping our data for a fee). They are so hungry for our data. Now, they are trying to get to our inner thoughts by stealing them with O365 OneNote. You might think why? Well it's all about Data now. AIs are hungry for it and Microsoft as well as the largest companies out there are desperate for it. I uninstalled O365, and didn't even use it. Guess what, the installation of O365 also force-installed Outlook on top of my existing standalone Outlook. So I had to uninstall O365 twice to get rid of it. But then, the nasty piece of work that Microsoft is, it also uninstalled my standalone version of Outlook. Now I have to start installing my standalone Outlook and connect to my email service provider. Disgraceful, pathetic and grotesque.

I ordered Nov 18th and they canceled half of my order. I still haven't received the other part. This is the second time they have done this to me. Why are they selling products they don't have? I should have learned my lesson the first time. Customer service is non-existent.

Bitdefender came up as one of the highest best buys of 2025 in the June 2025 Which Magazine. They offer a great free basic version (best buy) and several paid options so something for everyone. In addition they have a website full of information and for those who struggle navigating websites a great AI and human chat facility with a knowledgeable and helpful support team

Former 22 year customer

Former 22 year customer. Ask to close seller account and they say just don't sell and it will close in a few MONTHS. I told them that was asinine. I requested bank account info to be removed. They said it will error. Since I opened a seller account with it then it stays they tell me. I said if you can register then you can unregister. Kept giving BS excuses. I finally said this is why I hate eBay. It's not your account they control it and they rape you with seller fees that continually increase. Screw them. I hope someone puts them out of business. Also they push political crap like alot of companies. Just do business and don't push your crap onto me. Needless to say I closed the account. You're probably better off buying directly from a company online. Alot of times they don't tax you. Down with eBay.
