Squarespace Technical Support has always been prompt, gracious and so helpful. To get help, you can just search for Squarespace Help and you'll get to their Help center. To start a chat (4 am - 8 pm USA Eastern Mon-Fri) you need to pick a few options describe your topic, but that takes seconds. Or you can send an email anytime.Squarespace creates beautiful, responsive websites that work on computers, tablets and phones. If you are a beginner and are happy with the Squarespace templates, you can create a great website that looks like a pro designed it. But you will be challenged if you are obsessive-compulsive and want to nudge and tweak things until they are just so. But you'd be challenged to that with any website creator - don't blame Squarespace!If you are a computer expert, you can easily do all sorts of typically complex tasks in way less time than on competing platforms. The interface is modern, using blocks as many competing website creators do. That is necessary to make your site look good and work well on phones and tablets. If you are stuck in an HTML coding mindset, you may not like Squarespace. But over half your visitors use mobile devices, so responsive tools are indispensable to designing a readable site. Squarespace does let you use HTML and Markdown within pages if you like.If you get stuck, the Squarespacers of Technical Support will go the extra mile for you, even creating a custom screen video showing you how to do something if they don't already have a video to point you to.Squarespace sites never go down in our experience. Their infrastructure has the capacity to respond instantly to huge increases in traffic. So if you have ambitions, you won't outgrow Squarespace.We used to use an open source website content management system that was extremely powerful. But everything took so long to either find out how to do or to implement. Squarespace changes all that.Maybe I sound like I work for the company, but no, I am a happy customer that has used lots of other website creators and finally found one that is a real joy.
