Awful app! So expensive, and there is only one voice giving meditation lessons, it’s an incredibly annoying voice that grated me. I realized immediately that there were no other options - only this one voice to listen to! I immediately contacted them, within 24hrs of purchasing, and requested a refund. One month later I have still not heard a word back from them. Shocking. Don’t waste your money.

Sadly, the IRS helpline customer service has fallen off a cliff. The IRS no longer helps taxpayers with questions about completing tax forms including the basic Form 1040.The staff are rude, surly, do not listen, and transfer you without warning (often to the wrong department). After spending an hour on hold you can expect an untrained, uneducated person to read a scripted questionnaire with little to no relevance to your issue. At the end of the questionnaire, the IRS staffer will say they cannot provide assistance for your issue over the telephone. It is hard to imagine a more useless or poorly run organization. If the US government insists on having a tax code of labyrinthine complexity, it must help taxpayers to comply with it. Shameful mess.

Review of yelp
Watch the movie Billion Dollar Bully! It’s about what Yelp has done to countless small businesses to force them to pay to try to stop good reviews from being taken down avoid bad reviews from taking over. The reviews are not a true and they are grossly altered. What they are doing to good honest business owners is literally criminal.

Stay Away from Routes Rental Car – A Total Rip-off!I had a horrible experience with Routes Rental Car and strongly advise against using them. They hook you with low prices, but the reality is much worse. After landing, we had to wait hours for their shuttle to take us to an off-airport location. Once there, they hit you with hidden fees for mileage, insurance, and tolls, plus they hold a *$500 deposit on top of it all!The total cost is far more than what you initially expect. If you're already booked, I highly recommend contacting your bank to dispute the charges. You'll be better off with an on-airport rental service—they’re more convenient, transparent, and often end up being cheaper. Spare yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company. Don’t let them scam you!

Cheap imitation products. I bought 78 things and 65 were rubbish. The books are copies on cheap paper. Many things need assembly . Most items are substandard / smaller sizes to the EU like toothbrush heads/ interdental brushes. If it's a big discount its an imitation and a bad one. We had instructions written back to front on a toy. Most of it falls apart.

Review of hotels
I've been a hotels.com customer for about 5 ish years and was a Gold member, now a platinum member. The service is ok, no better than Expedia or booking hotel direct pricewise. The main reason I've used hotels.com is due to the previous rewards scheme, which effectively gave me 10% of the hotel cost (exc taxes/breakfast/extras) towards my next stay. but the new OneKeyCash system is only usually 1 or 2% (& most I've seen is 5% value back, but 5% is very rare in my opinion!) So substantially less than the previous rewards system! So I prefer to book directly as more assured booking is made with the hotel (I had an issue last year with hotels.com booking didn't get to hotel and the hotel was full, so had to find another hotel on the day, which nearly left me homeless in Amsterdam!) So my 50+ nights a year will likely be much less and I'll use Trivago more for a full selection. Hotels.com has taken away the main reason I've used them
Review of garmin
Deceitful and disappointing form from Garmin. Ordered the Enduro on Christmas Day to replace my fenix, received order confirmation and payment taken. Several days later received delay email processing my order only to then receive a cancellation email citing a pricing error several days after saying the money will be refunded within 48hrs!! They were quick enough to take payment. Even with the bank holidays there has been enough opportunity to resolve this swiftly and refund payment sooner! The Garmin T&Cs do mention what happens in the event of a pricing error that is obvious. They didn’t even follow their own process. However a 70% Christmas flash sale price didn’t seem an obvious mis price to me! What is even more frustrating is some people did actually receive their orders even though their order was placed several hours later than other orders which shouldn’t happen if Garmin had proper systems in place. Absolutely shambolic and offering a 20% discount on a selected range of stock that Garmin want to shift is insulting. I have used Suunto diving computers for over 10 years with great support and reliability, looks like I’ll be going to Suunto for my next multi-sport watch.
