Been an amazon customer for years and never had any issues until I started purchasing from Amazon Spain. They are refusing to refund a product that has been returned to them following their own returns process. The tracking has been updated as delivered but they have literally stated 'we won't be helping you any further' Absolute joke and shambles of a customer service.

Ordered a morphe pallet and it said it’d be here in two or three days and I just got it today of almost two weeks of waiting. I received it in the mail and I opened it up to make sure it was fine and all the trays inside were broken there was eyeshadow all over the box in the bubble wrap! I’ve never received a bad package from them but this one pissed me off only because it was delayed for so long and it comes late and it is so broken, looks like it had been thrown around there was no bubble wrap inside very upset 😡

Dashlane is a very good password manager. One point to be noticed though : it closely follows Apple OS updates and if the machine cannot be updated to the most recent OS, it doesn't work anymore. This happened before, and when I got a newer Mac, I could use Dashlane again. But then again, other password managers are not so picky about the OS, like BitWarden for instance.So as far as I'm concerned, I now on use two password managers, ans eventually just keep the one that work with as many OS versions as possible. So it seems I'll switch to BitWarden

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I was gifted a necklace from one of your UK stores a few weeks ago, and on only the second time wearing it, several of the jewels fell out. When I contacted customer service about this faulty item, I was told there was nothing they could do because the necklace was purchased in-store.Now, I am left with only two options: drive two hours to the nearest store or throw the necklace away. This is unacceptable for a product that was clearly defective and for a brand that claims to value its customers.

He priced for two shrubs pruning, and garden weeding, and compost spreading. plus jet wash the plastic patio£120 he didn't prune, or spread, the jet wash I did it my self after he'd done it was a mess, not cleaned properly
