I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I was gifted a necklace from one of your UK stores a few weeks ago, and on only the second time wearing it, several of the jewels fell out. When I contacted customer service about this faulty item, I was told there was nothing they could do because the necklace was purchased in-store.Now, I am left with only two options: drive two hours to the nearest store or throw the necklace away. This is unacceptable for a product that was clearly defective and for a brand that claims to value its customers.
