Amazing product - been using ShipStation for the last four months - wished we had had something like this years ago - spoke with the UK customer support twice today and both Kevin and Mike could not of been more helpful. I am telling all my other small business friends about these guys!!!!

Nice service and customer support they replace instant I have bought one Portable HDD it was shiped damaged I called customer care and report this issue they aske to send return and they will send new HDD now I am happy with new GDD which works great

I have been using a big user of Amazon Online Shopping since its inception.Recently in last 6 months have been noticing their change in policies and also how much they have lost focus on users.Previously I always felt Amazon online shopping is very safe and convenient and had the feeling that they are always their to address any issues with only purchase and delivery.Around 6 months back I noticed that they started shipping products just by pasting a sticker with order details on the original packing of the order. I was concerned due to 2 reasons. 1. Privacy of what I am buying 2. Safety, I do order expensive items and if it comes that way they it might attract unwanted attention.Some orders still come in box and many with just a sticker attached.Recently I ordered a silver coin which I wanted to gift to someone near.Order got delivered post I gave OTP, delivery person left. I opened the package and to my shock it was a pack of ACV Moringa !There was no bill attached to the package. I am not sure whether they delivered with a sticker bill on the product or sent it inside a cover. Somewhere a mistake has happened, either they shipped the wrong product or someone in the complete package and delivery line has lifted the product and replaced with something different. Reason for my suspicion is they was no original bill attached to the package which said silver coin or ACV Moringa.I contacted Amazon on this, like usually they said don't worry we will resolve.They said they have raised an internal investigation and it will take 5 working days and asked me to contact post that and they will tell me resolution.When I contacted them back post this waiting period they said they have delivered what I ordered ! and they refused to share any further information or evidence which shows that they delivered silver coin.Now I am at loss, as I cannot go legal as it involves cost and I have opened the package. My only evidence is what I have online and chat history. There is no good way I can prove that I was not delivered silver coin and Amazon also is not sharing ANYTHING from there side like a photo which shows silver coin packed. Now conclusion looks like we delivered what you ordered which implies I am lying, which I am not.Saddest past is they are not sharing any part of investigation so that at least I can know where and what went wrong.I have lost complete trust now to order anything expensive and may be will limit my shopping to only cheap items.Posting this as a WARNING MESSAGE to all who order lot of expensive items like Phones, TVs, jewellery, silver and what not ...Please think twice before you order in Amazon India. Not just their empathy but their credibility too has gone down significantly.WARNING Again, just be careful with what you order. Even if you ask delivery associate to stop and open infront of him not sure how much its going to help. So is the video recording if you do before opening.As for me, I will limit my expensive online purchases.

NEVER USE THIS APP, TRUST THE REVIEWS.Didnt know that its possible to go sink lower than a facebook or WhatsApp messenser, but here we are. I cant even comprehend how bad this chat service is. First thing after registration you receive a bunch of random chat "bots" or sth. Not even mentioning that in order to somehow prevent the app from tracking all random stuff, you firstly need to go deep into the settings. Oh and if you want to add some contact and ACTUALLY CHAT, you are REQUIRED to give this app a PERMISSION to your photos and media. Furthermore, nobody can get rid of bot messages, or multiple ads, notification spams etc.

Unable to cancel premium subscription. Been trying for 2 days now and every time I receive an error "something went wrong...try again later". Even logged out and logged back in. Opened a ticket with them (which is not easy and no option to open a ticket related to subscription), but no answer. Will have to cancel the card which I use for payment. DON'T BUY SUBSCRIPTION. FRAUDULENT COMANY!

The bot is bad, it asks for information that wouldn't matter or makes it worse you finally get an agent then they waste ur time by telling you they will connect you to an agent from your country if you can understand what I'm saying you can also help me fix this problem absolute waste of time 🤬.

Stay Away From This Company!A Lady that works independently for me set us up without my authority OR AUTHORIZATION on a free trial, somehow I've was paying $450/ month (never signed anything) and called to stop it with my bank, then I just caught I've been getting charged $450/ month for many months with no authority and just caught this. This company has NO CLUE how to treat people this is fraud taking money without authoriziations and I will be pressing CRIMINAL charges.Stay away from this place...there are great softwares for free this behavior is MORE THAN HORRIBLE ITS CRIMINAL!
