Review of clover
Everything went wrong! Right from the beginning I told the rep who came in my shop why I left my last card processor. The old company told me that the only fees I would be paying are the ( per swipe fees ). After 3 months the old company tool $99 out of my bank account with no warning. It was for not being compliant. The old company did this 3 more times even after I called the rep who sold me on this company. I finally got my money back and closed my dealings with them. Clovers rep came in and we spoke about why I closed my account with the last company. I've been using Square and Pay Anywhere for years and not once did I have to do any compliant stuff online. And I've never had Square or Pay Anywhere charged me for not doing the compliant stuff. The first month of being with Clover I was charged $190 for a small hand held card processing equipment when I was told it was only $99. After that I was immediately told to do my compliant stuff. I went in and tried doing the online compliance paperwork. I couldn't figure it out. I called Clover and they assured me it would be easy. So I tried again and submitted my paperwork. A few days later I got a email stating I still wasn't compliant. I told Clover on the phone that my time is very very very limited as I'm a sole proprietor and I have no help and that I had told the rep I didn't want to be doing this. Well they kept on and on emailing me about it and I kept on and on doing the compliance stuff and could never get it done correctly in the end. Needless to say I wasn't compliant. Now, I never got an email saying I wasn't compliant and They say I did. I check my email everyday. I checked my bank account one day and noticed that Clover charged me $39.95 for not being compliant. I called them and naturally I get the run around. So I closed my account because I'm not dealing with liars and thieving companies. So Yes this is by far one of the worst companies to work with. (-100%)

Same old story, Uniqlo use Evri to deliver, tracked to delivery depot then nothing. Contacted Uniqlo customer care 4 days ago and asked to wait 48 hours. Contacted them again today and have now been asked to wait a further 24 hours as Evri haven’t responded to them!!! Will be contacting credit card company for refund

Great customer service!!! My event date was moved to a date that was sooner than the expected delivery. Krists with customer service helped me get my order sooner than expected, and not to mention the custom paper plates I ordered look better than I expected!!

I took out a subscription and enjoyed reading the articles. I particularly liked the daily round-up by Katy Balls. I never had the problems cancelling my subs, that was straightforward, but reading other experiences I will now check my bank balance!! I do, however, have a problem with how they run their comments sections on the website which are toxic and abusive. This is a real shame because the magazine is a good read. It's a shame they don't realize the trolls on their website are tarnishing their brand and driving readers that want to engage away.

The constant interruption by adverts is obviously designed to make you purchase premium, even though they say they want to keep it free for those who can't afford it. What they should do is improve the programme so people WANT to go premium for extra content. It's a very cynical business model that actually does harm to real language learning.

I ordered a dining room table and chairs online on November 18. The projected delivery date was December 6 - 20. Since I had not received by 12/20, I contacted the freight company - DM Services. Received the response - cannot say when it will be delivered. It is in transit. Attempted to request refund from Bed Bath and Beyond. Customer Service cannot respond for 1- 2 business days which would be 4 days since it is the Christmas holiday.

Would give it 0 stars. Absolutely vile customer service. Try to complain online via live chat or what’s app. They refuse! Told them to cancel my order that hasn’t been dispatched for 3 weeks they refused! I’m livid. I’ll be finding a way to take this complaint further. Animals.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and they just screwed me over for the last time. Do your research before choosing these losers. They will charge you free even when they screw up. Their online banking showed that my check was deposited then hours later, they decided the check was on hold. The customer service lady said nothing could be done until Monday when I go into a branch. Horrible company that keeps being sued for screwing over their customers. Stay away
