I ordered a dining room table and chairs online on November 18. The projected delivery date was December 6 - 20. Since I had not received by 12/20, I contacted the freight company - DM Services. Received the response - cannot say when it will be delivered. It is in transit. Attempted to request refund from Bed Bath and Beyond. Customer Service cannot respond for 1- 2 business days which would be 4 days since it is the Christmas holiday.
