A few days back I ordered a digital piano. This particular item was on back order. My daughter needed the piano to take to school. We decided to try to cancel our original order and order a piano that was in stock. I was thinking I would get hassled buy the store. But instead ,the associate was very understanding. He canceled the original order and helped us to order a replacement. Everything turned out to be a good experience. Thanks .

They sent me to three places to try to resolve. All I needed was a part number for an on/off button. Finally, they told me they did not have a part number but I could send my computer to them for 1-2 weeks and they would work on it. Never got to that - as they hung up on me. 1.5 hours of time wasted. I'll have it fixed locally.

Binance has locked my account with a lot of fund for over 4 months now. I have been using Binance for over 2 years and have never violated any of their rules. One day, they suddenly locked my account and refused to allow any fund withdrawals. I provided all the information they requested through the chat window, but they robotically repeat messages, telling me they cannot provide any information about the account review and to patiently wait.I even wrote a letter to Binance's CEO, Mr. Teng, but received no response. Additionally, their customer service is the worst. Despite numerous chats with customer support over 4 months, they mentally harassed me by deflecting issues back and forth and, in some cases, closing the case without resolving the problem, intentionally it seems.The money locked by Binance constitutes a significant portion of my family's finances. My family has been unhappy throughout these periods. Eventually, I fell into depression and had to seek treatment from a doctor due to the mental and financial abuse.This is clearly psychological abuse and financial extortion. I plan to take legal action on this matter and share my dreadful experience on social media. My case number is 121154260. If this issue is resolved promptly, I will update my review.

Very poor rental property, would not recommendAugust 2024There was no onsite/off road parking. You park together with other cars on the road near to property. The front of the property was grossly overgrown and the rear garden was overgrown with a table and 2 chairs which were sited on the very uneven grass area unusable.The inside of property was furnished with quite a few cobwebs and small moths flying around. Contacted sykes to refund cleaning fee because of this. But had no reply. The house to the left of property was in a very rundown state, with adjoining fence falling down and filthy curtains.We were concerned the place looks like a squat and my wife felt very insecure while here.We booked for 3 nights. BUT left after just 1 night. Sykes,booking.com and vrbn should monitor these rentals and check that they are upto spec as we found this a very dissapointing experience.

TikTok is a scam. They delete successful creators content everytime and make a bunch of bot accounts with their stolen content. They then go live with the stolen content posing as the original creator to make money off of ppl. How is it that a lot more ppl haven't noticed this? Crazy
