Review of asus
My next laptop will certainly not be an Asus. They don’t care about their customers and so I don’t care about their product. Had a laptop for only two years and right as the “warranty” ended it takes a shit. They want $89 to diagnose it. Took it to a local shop and got it fixed. I mean technically by the “rules” they didn’t owe anything but well… it cost them all future sales from me.
Review of tesla
Great cars, awesome brand but pathetic customer service. I owned my Tesla Model Y for less than 72 hours before it developed a software fault and could no longer be driven. Support were useless and just recited what we had already read on the support website. Finally the car was recovered to Tesla Chelmsford. Rang several times and promised a call back and update. Nothing! They have had my car 7 days and don’t even have the common courtesy to return a call. I have no vehicle and no eta on getting mine fixed. I am so disappointed in Tesla. A premium car company yet they treat their customers with contempt once they have your money. Owning a Land Rover for the last four years I know what good customer service looks like: Tesla have a lot to learn from their competition when it comes to post sales. After my experience I would seriously reconsider purchasing a Tesla. I now have zero confidence in the car and brand going forward:
Review of Reddit
Terrible sight with the potential to be good if the admin team played fair! Kept deleting my new karma on a daily basis, spent 3 days of my life following all the rules, verifying my self to post in various communities Onely to have my account muted. They must not like the 18+ profiles yet my stuff was so pg compared to others that were posting . Contacted admin and got no response other than deleting yet more of my karmas. Total waste of time and now I can’t delete my account either as well as being unable to edit profile

Review of facebook
Facebook needs criminal investigation brought against it!The dark net is a safer and cleaner place than facebook, I have reported women offering sex, I have reported adverts for UK driving licenses, I have reported women for flashing their private parts, and always get a message back saying it doesn't go against their guidelines!! Facebook promotes porn, scammers, and child nudity!!! They should be prosecuted and the app shutdown!!!!! Unbelievable how its allowed to continue, just look at all these reviews saying that same thing!!!!!!

Review of farfetch
I order from Farfetch pretty often but this time around my item arrived later than the date that it was expected to arrive. My original ETA was scheduled for Friday however I didn’t receive my package until Monday. I needed the garment for Saturday so the purchase was a waste of time.

Review of crunchyroll
Had a REALLY bad experience on Crunchyroll. I live in Denmark so most of the anime I actually wanted to watch I couldn't because of area restriction. Which made me quit my premium membership. I did that in July 2017, however they kept charging me the money for the premium membership in August, September and now in October. So ofcourse I wrote to them, cause on their website on my profile, I am no longer a premium member and you can CLEARLY see when I quit my membership. But I can't even use the benefits even though I have clearly paid for it. I contacted them through their website in september, the way they tell you to, but I never got a reply. Then I removed my card info in hope they couldn't charge my card again. Then after they charged me this month I wrote to them again both on their website, the way they ask you to, and through email, in hope of getting through to them. They NEVER contacted me back. This website OWE ME MONEY!! I had to block my card and get a new one, just to hope that they won't keep taking my money. I am sure that this place is okay if you know you wanna keep your membership there but be careful. The only reason it get's two stars is because they DO have a lot of good anime and I do like the way they show the episodes, they just didn't have most of the anime I wanted to watch.

Review of mailchimp
Really unhelpful customer service, they need to try harder and care more for their potential customers. It can be very frustrating experience, so be aware of your precious time been wasted waiting for replies and not getting a supportive answer.

Review of fool
Still burned by all the loser Blast Off 2021 recs. The undertone of woke, liberal, ESG supporting advisors like Emily Flippen has greatly reduced my confidence in MF pics. They haven’t come close to picking stocks that David was choosing either. Sticking with Options and that’s about it.

Review of amazon
My order is on hold and says I need verification. I verified everything, but didn't understand what document to attach since my card is a new one. The first agent told me that I'm verified and all is good. Today I was asked again for verification. In the middle of the conversation with the first agent they send me to another one who completely ended the conversation. As if they don't want me to continue purchasing from Amazon. Well ok, I'll close my account. I'm not obliged to deal with a disrespectful team while all I'm doing is trying to purchase through this website.
Review of amazon
I have used Amazon services in India, the UAE, and the UK, and it’s clear that Amazon’s customer service depends heavily on the consumer protection laws in each country. Unfortunately, Amazon India (AmazonIn) provides the worst service, which seems linked to the weaker customer protection laws in India. Instead of improving delivery and customer support, AmazonIn focuses on manipulating its performance metrics (KPIs), often at the expense of customer satisfaction.Recently, I ordered a kids’ play pool for my toddler during a short vacation. The item reached a delivery hub just 5 kilometres from my house, in a suburban area, on a Friday. However, Friday deliveries are often marked as "customer unreachable," even when they aren’t. This tactic delays the delivery and allows Amazon to avoid immediate accountability. When I contacted Amazon, they refused to deliver the item from the nearby hub and instead offered to send a replacement from a hub over 1,000 kilometres away. Frustrated by the delay, I cancelled the order and chose a different product. The second item, which had a two-day Prime delivery promise, faced more issues. It was delayed at a main hub and then cancelled entirely before reaching the local hub. Amazon’s only solution was to send another replacement at their convenience, leaving me even more frustrated. These experiences show that Amazon*In focuses more on managing internal targets than solving customer problems. With no strong consumer protection laws in India, the company faces little accountability and continues to test customer patience and loyalty. Until stronger laws are introduced, customers in India will keep facing these issues.
