Jasmin at customer support is incapable of reading messages. She just send generic messages and clearly hasn’t got a clue. All I want to do is remove a telephone number from my TikTok account and she’s telling me to contact my phone network. Honestly seems like there isn’t a single brain cell in use here

Give zero if I could, put up few silly reactions to someone's post and got reported!!! Yet some off the other stuff on there is disgusting. Do tik tok actually look or just pick a comment ??There's a awfull person on there post up fake medical stuff and been reported and even people wanted them removed, but she's still on there giving out false information

Signed up for a free trial for adobe…

Signed up for a free trial for adobe stock for a school project. Without any email notice, they took my card on file and enrolled me in a one year plan. The charges went unnoticed for 4 months (I mistakenly thought they were for the creative cloud membership I actually purchased). When I wanted to cancel it, they wanted to charge me over $55 for early termination and tried to sell me on three months free subscription before it renewed again. They acted like they did me a favor by waving the termination fee, as if they didn't just steal over $100 from me...some high end conning Adobe. How is this legal?!?

Poor delivery and poor support - a waste of money

I decided to spend $1000 on the Machine Learning Micro Masters course delivered by San Diego University. 4 components:Python for Data Science - OK, somewhat superficial but a decent introductionProbability and Statistics - pointless, far better courses on the Khan Academy. Content was poorly explained, slides had numerous mistakes and the lectures were dry and confusing.Machine Learning Fundamentals - this was good, the presenter took care to explain and was clear. The only course of the 4 that was actually worth the money.Big Data Anlaytics using Spark - truly dreadful. Exercises didn't work at all, the delivery was mind numbing. I gave up before the end in exasperation.The one thing I should point out is that there is very little support from the course officials during the courses. It's as if they've set it up, automated the exercises and examinations and then fogotten about it. Overall, a waste of money. Better to just do the Machine Course for $250 - buy a book for the rest (you don't need the stats course for machine learning anyway).

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I encountered during my recent trip with Delta Airlines (Confirmation: H6BZPY / Ticket: 0062252076586). My departure flight arrived on time in Atlanta, but I was denied boarding for the next leg of my journey because the flight had been overbooked. This forced me to stay overnight in Atlanta in a dirty hotel, with a meal allowance of only $12 per person. I would like to point out that this amount was insufficient, as there is no meal available at the airport that costs so little.Because of this delay, I missed my connecting flight from São Paulo to Brasília, which caused further disruption to my travel plans. I was forced to rent a car to reach my final destination, Brasília, at additional personal expense.On top of this, my checked luggage was lost in Atlanta and was only returned to me after six days. When it finally arrived, the contents were soaked with water and had begun to mould. The fact that the other two pieces of checked luggage, which were the same size, arrived in good condition highlights a clear lack of care in handling my belongings. There has been no support from the company for this huge inconvenience, and I was left without proper clothing for 6 days.This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I believe it reflects a significant failure on Delta’s part. I request compensation for the costs incurred due to overbooking, my missed flights, the condition of my luggage, and the unnecessary expenses I faced as a result.I trust that they will take this matter seriously and address it promptly.

Don't waste your time and your money

1. I opened a business account with this bank. At the beginning when my deposited check was on hold for long time, I got told this is because my account is new and after that the deposit checks will be clear very fast. Now after more than a year still I have same problem. I deposited 2 checks one of them is personal check from my costumer and the other one is a cashier check from another bank and they hold the checks for about 10 days. I called customer service and they said the issuer bank must clear the checks but the money is already deducted from my customer account. They Also told me this is because these are the first time that I get a check from these customers. It is stupid explain because as a business owner, it is rarely to got check from each customer more than once.2. Months ago, I deposited a check from a customer that didn't have found in their account, and the chase hold same amount from my account and so my other payment didn't processed even though there was sufficient balance in my account. for example I had 8K in the account and deposit a check for 6K, that money didn't come to my account and it is acceptable but this bank hold another 6K from my account because of that check and my balance came to 2K and my payment didn't process and so I had to pay penalty for the other payment that I had because of this unusual act. Do not waste your time and your money for the crazy rules of this bank.

They’re scammers!!

They’re scammers!!! I own a business and they tell you reviews are automated and can’t control anything when all they do is lie and take your money buy forcing you to place ads. The reviews that they approve are all fake and the legit ones are never approved! I spoke to a guy name Cody and he was so unprofessional! He told me I can speak to her manager and email her at “mad at yelp.com”. Obviously that is fake! He should be fired!

Terrible Delivery Experience with UPS

Terrible Delivery Experience with UPSUPS service is very poor. The tracking is unreliable and they post fake delivery attempts, saying “recipient not home” even when I was home all day. No one came. The delivery schedule is never followed, and customer service is no help. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Whenever I travel, I am always on the look out to stay at a for a Hilton property. I've never had a bad experience at a Hilton property and am always impressed with their hospitality and cleanliness. As a Hilton Honors member, I've encountered exceptional customer service when making a reservation, during my stay, and after checking out. Hilton all the way!!
