Moatc Renovation: Please read all negative reviews on this company before accepting their services! My cousin had a contract with them to remodel her basement. They under quote the price of work and waited 3 months later to try to ask for more money. He gets in his feelings when he doesn’t get attention (test tube baby). He leaves bottles of urine in her basement, lies about not coming to work examples: son died, don’t have gas money, family sick, him sick, car problems, have to go out of town, and asking to do extra work outside the contract for an Hugh amount. He also gives you a timeframe of the completion and the days he’ll work which was to be 5 days then he later change to 1. Then starts complaining about the travel time and he needs gas money. This company has a track record of finding excuses to not complete his job after being paid in full! Trust me if you want an half but not completed basement like my cousin then ignore the heads up I am giving ya”ll. Just please read this company reviews it’s all the same what my cousin experienced! I disgrace!

So unhelpful! I was on holiday with my partner where he accidentally left his phone on the seat. We went though all the steps, the driver confirmed he found the found and then later that day said he handed it back to us. He did not! Uber then charged me a return fee and we had to go to the police. I asked uber for help to contact the driver or to get more information on how to get the phone back but everyone I spoke to was useless. No complaints team either….

Do not use this company. Within minutes of setting up my account I was suspended through email. When I the suspension they sent me an email saying that they would get back to me within several days. The next morning after I sent them pictures of how they suspended me right after I set up my account and had put nothing on there, but my picture. I received a email saying that I could not be reinstated. As a black female, I am surprised and dismayed at the actions of this company. There are much better drop shipping companies to use.

Closed account. Customer service awful still can take money no problems at all. Constantly telling me to fill out recovery form with questions from 10 years ago that I have no idea how to answer, or that they will send a code which they never do. Then they close my case without resolving any issues. The absolute worst company by far and now will have to go and deal with the ombudsman because this is ridiculous

Purchased two "older" games in the last several weeks. In both situations the software install failed so the game would not work. Support ignored my first refund request (closing the ticket without contacting me) and in the second case did not respond to my support/refund request in a timely manner.They USED to be a good source of old games that worked reliably. Now it seems they've lost their way.

Fandango has worst customer service. Do not use, not worth getting promo codes for buying food for free movie tickets, their technology does not work for promos or deals or promises, their customer service refuses to honor free movies or $5 discount and refuses to help, when you ask for manager, they are always busy and do not help. I won't waste my time with their promotions and deals they do not honor. What is point of getting movie rebate for buying products when they do not honor promotions? Most horrible customer service I have ever seen! If I could, I would give them a big fat zero! This is not a one time event, has happened numerous times!

We placed an order last night for delivery from a local restaurant totaling $107.00 for a total of 4 meals. When it arrived, we immediately noticed that one of the meals was missing, so we contacted support.They refused to refund us for the missing meal and refused to put us through to a supervisor despite multiple requests for one.I have never been so disrespected before in my life. I will never order with this company ever again.

Customer service is terrible. My parcel is saying delivered to them and that is the only proof I have of sending. They are saying they have only received half of the items I have sent, THIS IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE. I am still awaiting a refund of £170+ !! There’s nobody to discuss this with as I cannot get past the useless AI bot! There is no helpline just slow social media direct messaging. Absolutely awful and is causing so much stress. I wish I had returned to store instead of online !!!

She's in the Philippines, but her English is top-notch. Her questions were concise and to the point. This woman would be an asset to any company. As you can see this is more of a review on the customer representative that helped me. Well done Jasmine.

I was gifted a wireless mouse that did not come with a wireless receiver. After contacting Logitech support to try to get a function wireless mouse they were absolutely no help. My wireless mouse can only be used on a wired connnection. I will never purchase a Logitech product and their support is absolutely useless. I would rate negative stars if I could.

Re Professor T...Well, what can l say...words fail me.We were looking forward to this as Ben Miller is a favourite of ours,but whatever possessed him to take this on? We just could not make head nor tails of his role! He seemed to us to be a snail crossed with Doc Martin! We persevered, and found it all came together in the last 10 minutes, leaving us bewildered, and saying "What on earth was that all about?" I do not think we will be watching any more episodes! Sorry Ben!
