Review of chess
As an engaged member of the global chess community, I find it necessary to formally address the increasingly problematic state of affairs on Chess.com. Once considered a leading digital platform for chess enthusiasts and professionals alike, Chess.com is now grappling with a credibility crisis driven by systemic issues surrounding fair play enforcement. The prevalence of cheating on the platform is no longer anecdotal it has become an endemic concern. This was exemplified most recently by a highly publicized incident involving cheating during a live tournament, further confirming the inadequacy of current detection and deterrence protocols. Such occurrences not only compromise the integrity of the platform but also alienate legitimate players who expect a fair and competitive environment.Equally troubling is the organization’s pattern of engagement with its user base. Despite a mounting volume of negative feedback reflected by a 1.5-star average rating on Trustpilot Chess.com continues to respond with what appear to be generic, AI-generated messages. This approach conveys a lack of genuine customer empathy and an unwillingness to address legitimate concerns through meaningful interaction. For users prioritizing a more secure and transparent playing environment, alternative platforms such as Chessli have demonstrated stronger commitments to anti-cheat measures and user responsiveness. While no system is infallible, Chessli currently presents a more trustworthy alternative for those seeking to minimize encounters with dishonest play.In conclusion, Chess.com must urgently reassess its operational priorities and ethical obligations. Without immediate and substantive action, the platform risks further reputational damage and a continued exodus of its most valued users.

Review of chegg
I sincerely apologize. I made the mistake of writing an average review for Chegg (thinking this site was asking for a review of Wyzant). (My Review for Wyzant is this: Chem tutors were awesome. Physics tutors billed for services that were not accurate or for wrong services). Most tutors on Chegg are excellent! I would give it a 4.5 stars (I am rounding up since I can't do that). It would be a solid 5 if they kept the little area for a comment for an unclear written response asking the tutor for an explanation on details that I don't understand. This would give the tutor a chance to ammend the response / answer as needed to help with student understanding and is a much better evaluation of (since it is asking for further information for learning) their work than giving a thumbs down.I apologize the original (3 star) review was for the Wrong Company. I believe Chegg is an ethical company who vets their tutors. The written explanations provided by many tutors helped me understand concepts by following written steps for HW questions that I would not have been able to understand otherwise.Customer service from CHEGG has always been thorough and professional.Thank you,Raymond L. Almeida, MSW
Review of chegg
I’ve had chegg for years and I can say recently the experience has been terrible. The price has changed and the answers are never helpful anymore. People are just copying and pasting from previously similar answered questions that aren’t the same. Sometimes questions don’t get answered at all and chegg doesn’t give that question back. I no longer will be recommending my friends to chegg.
Review of BBC
The new version of the app tries to tell me what I should read, and I do not like it. Navigating through the topics is less easy and more confusing than before, needing more steps. Grouping of the topics is awkward, for instance technology, science and health are under the same "innovation" heading which I find meaningless. And... it is not possible anymore to customise the topics ones wants to see. For me, the app made itself useless.

Review of samsung
Samsung cell phone Zfold3 is a scam, exactly one year of use get damage in the hinge, it started with a line a long the hinge, after this the screen turn green and it does not work. I when to AT&T where I got this cell phone and they literally wash their hands and they said you have to go Samsung because they made the phone, the cost of the phone is $1800 and usually get damage in the hinge after one year, so is because in their Spanish web they give 36 months of warranty, but in USA, just 12 months, so I addressed my complaint with them, but they open a new ticket every time lying about the repair. I am disappointed with this phone and Samsung company even AT&T, because they know what this phone is a scam and they keep going selling

I’ve been using LG products pretty much all my life, almost all the electrical appliances in my home are from LG from water purifiers to air conditioners and OLED TVs. I honestly couldn’t complain about it’s products or its customer services
