Arguably the worst company in gaming, up there with ActivisionBlizzard

They pump out games and drop support very quickly. After 2-3 years, expect no more content or patches.The worst thing is the amount of blatant cheating they let happen - games like Battlefield 5 and Battlefront 2 are unplayable due to the constant hacking.I'm not even talking about "subtle" stuff like aim assist or wallhacking - I mean full on aimbotting players with 100-150 ping (russians & chinese, as is tradition) who don't make the slightest attempt to hide their cheats. I've seen such cheaters play continuously for several months, reporting them is useless.Amusingly, there was a hack "gone wrong" on Battlefront 2 which caused everyone to be immortal for spreading to every single lobby. It took EA several MONTHS to address it, while the game was literally unplayable. Try to name another product that gets as dysfunctional for the same time span - I can't.The bug was around between October and March - just google "battlefront 2 1hp bug"I just tried reinstalling Battlefront 2 after a year long break - I was greeted with a hacker who would instantly kill everyone a few seconds after they'd spawn, over and over. I uninstalled.EA == clowns

Yet another faceless voiceless American or Canadian to be precise behemoth !Lost phone with two factor log its now impossible to chat to an agent cause I can't log in ... No phone number to call and can't request callback , no email address either ..... Only option is to close my bank account to stop subscriptions n renewal next year but i still lose a years subscription of nothing .....DO NOT USE ANY SERVICE PROVIDER WHO DOESNT HAVE GOOD CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES OPTIONS ON THEIR SITE .....
