This comes close to fraud and…

This comes close to fraud and misleading communication without any response from the company.I have had two recent incidents of significant discrepancies between the reserve rate and the actual charge. In one case it was explained as a "technical issue" and refunded but the other case it's still pending resolution. Also, it's concerning the poor communication between the customer agents, who systematically block to raise complaint cases and simply ignore any follow ups with the case. This would need to be investigated and dealt with.

Review of bitdefender

Great security for online life

I've used Bitdefender for several years and find the antivirus cover to be excellent. I also appreciate Safepay and the VPN. Any time I have had a question or a problem, the customer service has been excellent. I feel in safe hands.

Unethical, money grabbing fraudsters - avoid

This is a scam of a company. Even after cancelling in Jan 2020 they continued to take £40 a month from my bank account. I tried to call, email, LinkedIn and no response! This is a scam that's left a very bitter taste and cost me money. I am considering legal action and contacting Trading Standards about the level of unethical behaviour. Terrible, would never recommend.

I have been using Elementor for my business website from the very beginning, and I can confidently say it’s been an absolute game-changer. The plugin is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to create a professional and visually stunning website without needing extensive coding knowledge. The drag-and-drop builder, customizable templates, and seamless integration with other tools have made managing and updating my website a breeze. What truly stands out is Elementor’s technical support. On the rare occasions when I’ve encountered an issue, their support team has been quick to respond and resolve the problem efficiently. It’s clear they prioritize customer satisfaction and are genuinely invested in helping users succeed.Overall, Elementor has been a fantastic tool for my business. If you're looking for a reliable, feature-rich, and easy-to-use website builder with excellent support, I highly recommend giving Elementor a try!

Review of dell

Dell laptop hinges

We purchased Dell Inspiron 15 3520 laptop from Costco in December of 2022. Exactly in two years (right after Costco 2 years warranty has expired) laptop hinges got broken. After searching the web in attempt to fix it, we found that this problem is very common for Dell laptops. When we disassembled our laptop to get an access to the hinges, we found that it is clearly a design flow. If you are a very mediocre mechanical engineer, you will immediately understand that an idea to use self-tightening hinge pins is a complete nonsense. This pin supposed to be tight to the extend it can keep a laptop cover open. But if this pin with time get tighter and tighter, it would provide more and more stress to the screws attaching hinge to the laptop cover. Those screws are screwed to the plastic nests, which eventually break because of stress, and loose hinge damages other laptop parts. Who would design plastic nests for screws under stress? Dell did!It is really surprising that Dell has such a design flow for years and simply ignores it. If Dell’ approach is to force consumers to purchase a next Dell product when an original one got broken, they are absolutely wrong: we would never purchase a Dell product again. So question is: what Dell does to rectify this problem? We also urge attorneys to initiate a corresponding class action lawsuit. Dell should learn the lesson!
