Review of oculus
When they are selling to international customer, it can be shipped anywhere within the US. But when an international customer is trying to claim warranty, by providing a US frieght forwarding address to receive the stuff. The customer say that freight forwarding address in US is not considered as an address thus cannot be shipped.Seriously what kind of joke is this? The device literally came dead blank screen Oculus Go. I'm not asking them to ship outside of the US, but they don't recognize a US freight forwarding company address as a address in US?International consumer please be aware, your item bought out of the US is simply dead if you wanted to claim warranty. So much money they poured into designing the system and devices, but yet zero money is setup for smarter customer service.Extremely disappointed with how customer service and warranty is handled by such a big company. Sucks to the core.

I've loved GOG for a good while. They stumble occasionally (as with the "Unity Cut" of Daggerfall, which is frankly a mess), but they're generally very good about making sure the games you buy run on modern systems even if they're old, and all off the games bought here (new *and* old) are DRM-free.Oh, sure, you can use their GOG Galaxy app as a game-library hub just like with Steam or Epic or whatever, but you can always download, for immediate use or personal archival, their DRM-free installers for any game you own, both through the website or the app. Many older games often contain bonus inclusions you don't typically see with other retailers even if they sell the same games: PDF files for all of the manuals and lore books, old wallpaper and avatar image files, soundtracks, that sort of thing. (Newer titles tend to reserve that stuff to be sold separately, alas.)I've never once had a problem with GOG in the years I've been buying from them. The only reason I don't use them as my primary gaming retailer is because, frankly, their DRM-free, pro-games-preservation model makes big company investors itchy. Piracy is so much a guaranteed occurrence with their installers that the installers themselves advertise games on the site at you, effectively turning the problem into free adverts for GOG. Which is kind of genius, honestly. All of which is to say, you sometimes do see hot new releases on GOG; often, however, you don't. It's worth keeping GOG in your back pocket as a "close second" though. I always check GOG to see if they have a game available on their store page before buying elsewhere. The security of *owning* my games in a form that the retailer will never be able to take away from me after payment is final and the transaction is behind me... that, my friends, is priceless.

The worst service. The worst impressions. I ordered the top phoenix 6 for an important gift. They sent me a used Phoenix 6 with scratches. I asked to exchange it for new ones, as a result, they took a week to tell me that I have to wait 2 weeks more.. I have requested a refund.. waiting. No one has ever apologized or offered any constructive solution. I am sure that I will never have to deal with this unpleasant company again. I recommend not to deal with them.

Duo has a TrustPilot score of ~1 for a reason.I paid for the annual subscription to the DuoLingo Super tier, as well as the additional Family pack version. It's advertised as not having ads. But I still get constant ads to "upgrade" to DuoLingo Max. It's fraud advertising, and customer support is non-existent. I thought I got "Upgraded Support" when I paid for Super. I guess 0 support * anything is still 0 support. Garbage, unethical app.

Purchased a gaming laptop in November that will no longer take a charge. Customer service representative Chris followed through with my concerns, addressed the problem and helped with a resolution. I have confidence buying products from Newegg with this level of customer service.

Review of cloudflare
I use cloudflare on many of my projects which work great. But I have one project which was previously connected to cloudflare and was accidentally deleted from there. It is impossible to add a deleted site again!(You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until all invoices are paid. Download each "Unpaid" invoice on your Billing page and click the "Pay online" link within each invoice to fix your account (Code: 1323) )But the problem is that I don't see any unpaid bills at all!I reported this to support several times (so that I could pay), but I didn't get any answers. It's also impossible to write in their community, because when I log in to the community I see this text - (The change you wanted was rejected.Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to.)

DO EVERYONE A FAVOR AND POST YOUR REVIEW ON BetterBusinessBureau AS WELL.Terrible company!- Voided orders & no notification at all till you wonder why it hasn't shipped and check on it - Nor a reason for the voided order until you press them on the issue repeatedly- Horrible customer service- Policies in place not specified on their site...anywhere- Charging credit card when they no intention of fulfilling ordersI know this is a small company with a maker type focus, but it is obvious these people have absolutely no clue how to run a business. I say this as a business owner myself. They have cost me a lot of time and hassle. It is pretty obvious from the reviews here and on BBB that you should avoid this company like the plague.

The worst every, I did nothing again their policies. I reached support and it was for nothing. They don't hear you and would randomly suspend your account for no reason, even when you explain. And when you are why they will send you a generic message hope something in their terms would fit whatever their decision making turnes their desicion right...
