Disgraceful Service & Dirty Facilities – Never Booking with New Generation Hostel AgainI made a genuine error while booking (wrong month), but I sent two messages to the property well before arrival clearly stating I’d be checking in on 15 June. They completely ignored my messages, never replied, and didn’t alert me that the dates were incorrect. I found out only at the reception desk that my booking was actually for July.Because I was stranded, I had to pay twice again — once at this same Milan Center hostel and then again at their Navigli branch. So they took three payments from me for the same trip, gave me no service for the original booking, and then had the audacity to refuse a refund even after Booking.com intervened and tried to convince them. The property just said “no,” even though they had already made their money.To make things worse, my stay at the Navigli branch was a complete disaster:Unwelcoming reception staffDirty, sweaty waiting area with no air-conditioningRooms were filthy, unbearably hot, with bad lighting and poor hygieneWashrooms were smelly and poorly maintainedBreakfast was a joke, and the staff were rude and uninterestedThis is the worst hostel experience I’ve had in Europe — not just because of the facilities, but because of the complete lack of professionalism and ethics. They hid behind “policy” while ignoring all human responsibility. Booking.com did their best to help me — this property did absolutely nothing.Avoid New Generation Hostels at all costs — especially Milan Center and Navigli. Their hospitality is fake, their customer service is shameful, and their only priority is money, not guests.

I recently ordered varsha wooden coffee table in flipkart They delivered defect product ,for return ,they delayed 20 days ,and also they demanding same packaging ,when they were delivered. How is this possible for us do same package, this is fully cheating ....Flipkart is cheating app 🙏🙏🙏

Delivery time was fine, but for a LEGO UCS for 565 € I expect a package that protects the box inside so that it´s not damaged but it was. According to customer service there is no discount for such a case and no exchange. If I want to send it back I should pay the return costs myself. Bad customer service!

British Broadcasting Cr*p.Woke Left lying biased propaganda machine.You can never believe anything you see or hear on this channel.DO NOT pay their Licence fee.Watch only Netflix, Amazon etc and you can have 20 TV's and they can do nothing about it.If one of their door to door salesmen ie TV Licence come to your door do not identify and do not speak simply shut the door in their face.They have NO power and as long as you do not watch LIVE TV from anywhere in the world on a UK TV then you do not need a Licence.You can watch Catch Up but not on the BBC I Player.

Very poor & unhelpful person on the till at Handforth Dean store yesterday, I was made to feel a nuisance. I had forgotten to bring my Lakeland card, she said she hadn’t got time to look for my postcode & would need to serve the next person but reluctantly said she would try & find my details. I won’t step foot in this store again which is a pity as the other staff were most helpful & approachable.
