We used them pre Covid, they were great. We went back this year and would have done better selling tickets by carrier pigeon. Some of the most atrocious technical experiences known to modern man. From attendees not receiving emails, to none of the major ticketing features not working properly. Took a half hour for the help desk to direct us to where we could find some very simple, basic information. Navigation is a nightmare.

AAA processed a $216.00 payment on my debit card without my permission. They said they were processing that charge for my 10/15/24 renewal. However that a month & a few days away. Furthermore, I did not give them permission to use my new debit card & I am very upset because I don't even know how they received knowledge of my new debit card number! I requested an immediate refund. In addition $216.00 is entirely to much for this service anyway!

One of the worst customer service companies I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to recover my account and they asked me what the serial number of the PlayStation is when I registered the account, it’s over 7 years old!!!! I don’t even have the thing. They don’t even want to help and end the chat. I’d recommend Xbox over Sony poor service

They provided free tea, coffee and biscuits. The lovely receptionist ordered a taxi for everyone who needed one home.
