My husband Thomas Lever MBE had his first cataract done on Friday 6th March 2020 at SpaMedica in Manchester .The staff were amazing, everyone did their jobs 100%. They provided free tea, coffee and biscuits. The lovely receptionist ordered a taxi for everyone who needed one home. He needs his other cataract doing in a few weeks time but he has nothing to worry about.Kind RegardsLesley Lever

The WORST experience dealing with this company after the fact of renting a property. 4 of us rented a home in Siesta Key, Florida. First issue was I was requested to pay a 'cleaning fee' of $250, 2 days before my arrival which was NOT listed/discussed/mentioned in the rental agreement or listing. I called VRBO to explain this was not mentioned and they basically blew me off as nothing they can do about it. We get to our rental which was supposed to have a hot tub per the listing, it did not. All over the home were sticky notes of instructions/orders/rules etc., which was absolutely bizarre. We had to contact the homeowner to adjust the 'locked' thermostat because it was controlled by her remotely, just to mention a few gripes. I return home and leave my HONEST review on the property which VRBO did NOT post because I 'violated their guidelines' because I mentioned the cleaning fee in the review and 'negative' comments. I called VRBO requesting an explanation for leaving my perfectly honest review. I literally was transferred 6 different times to people that barely spoke any English, over 90 minutes on the phone!! They never posted my review and I was unable to edit it to repost it to 'their liking'. This company is a complete scam and unethical. Never again!!

Survey Monkey grossly overcharges for their services. They all appear to provide services that they do not. They have HORRENDOUS customer service. Additionally, they charge you in the morning on the day that your account expires, not at the end of the day, so you don't really have that last day. Additionally, they make it very difficult to cancel your subscription. Basically, they are after your money and offer inferior services that are available elsewhere for cheaper and better. I don't know why they are so popular. Terrible, honestly.

Can you please add a return label to the package? Every time i need to find printer in the town. Nowadays every cloths marketplace includes return label, why farfetch doesn’t? And also sometimes i receive packages that are glued up with 2 lines, so the one with easy open tear strip and second one, that i can’t tear off without cutting the box.

The web site appears to be a local web site based in the UK, but it's not. After you placed an order, if there are any discrepancies, there's no easy way to contact the customer service. There's no contact email (all emails come with a no-reply email address) or any contact number. You have to log in the web form during the office hour to wait for a chat or a call back.Once you got to that stage, the customer service would not be able to help once the order has been placed. So, good luck with your purchase.

Purchased two products, one petite and one regular. The products don't have distinguishing on them of which is which, so I asked Customer Service to compare my bar codes to their asos codes. Almost an hour of wasted time. Extremely poor customer service, if you're not able to do something just let me know rather than wasting time. I spoke to Maneet on 23/5.

One star is way to good for them!Let’s be honest, Microsoft are a shadow of what they used to be and stating that they are helpful is also incorrect.Their systems do not work efficiently, and they want to get rid of you ASAP. If you have a legitimate complaint, however, they are not really interested when these are handled by BOTS. The problem is that management believe that that is the way forward. Having to communicate with a BOT for over 30 minutes and then having to advise them I had to leave my computer for a minute for a call of nature, this apparently exceeded the BOT's tolerance and i was ignored so I lost the connection and a further wasted hour or so for me, just to get no help whatsoever. It probably helped their Stats, but that's all.I have the transcript downloaded to my computer to support my statements.
