Canva used to be amazing, all until they put the AI functions in and now it is always buffering due to a "problem on their end" per the automated message on screen. I have been trying (and failing) to use my subscription for the last 3 months. I had no problems in the prior 2 yearsYou cannot contact anyone. Leaving a review on the app store gets a response that has nothing to do with the issue (their social media team are pointless) and all this for a programme I am paying £10.99 a month forIt is a blatant waste of money and they have destroyed a programme that used to be fantastic. No, it is not my computer. No, I don't have multiple windows open. No, it is not my internet.Make canva a suite (like photoshop had the sense to do) and if people want AI, they can pay a premium. After all, why use AI in a GRAPHIC DESIGN suite? It defeats the purpose.Either update your servers Canva or split into a suite. This customer is no longer paying for a programme they cannot use and would recommend other people to find any other design suite as Canva has gone right down the pan. Pitiful

Asus has got to be the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I bought the Zenbook flip S less than 2 years ago. It has barely been used and now it will only work when connected to the charger.I have rang up several times and your 'tech support' agents are less than useless.Extremely poor service and I will never buy another Asus product again in my life.

Second, on those "news" stories are comment sections where conspiracy theorists are allowed to shill their nonsense to the other simpletons to create an echo chamber for uncritical, irrational, society damaging woo that perpetuates so many problems. But hey, MSN gets ad revenue from exploiting the mentally disabled so all is good.

Attempting to take advantage of the October 2024 sales I placed an order on Oct 8. The computer monitors were listed as in stock and ready to ship and my order confirmation included an estimated delivery of Oct 14. When there was no update to the order status after a week, I began contacting their customer service departments for information. In short their customer services teams try to be helpful but they have no information to share - they offer no more information than what you can see in your own account. Customer service told me the items are backordered but did not have a date; firm or estimated for fulfillment.LG never contacted me about a delay or with an explanation of why items were advertised as in stock. After two more weeks I called and canceled my order on Oct 30th leaving me without the monitors I needed for work and causing me to miss out on other sales for items that were actually in stock. I have other LG monitors and I have no complaints about the product - just don't shop directly with LG.
