Canva used to be amazing, all until they put the AI functions in and now it is always buffering due to a "problem on their end" per the automated message on screen. I have been trying (and failing) to use my subscription for the last 3 months. I had no problems in the prior 2 yearsYou cannot contact anyone. Leaving a review on the app store gets a response that has nothing to do with the issue (their social media team are pointless) and all this for a programme I am paying £10.99 a month forIt is a blatant waste of money and they have destroyed a programme that used to be fantastic. No, it is not my computer. No, I don't have multiple windows open. No, it is not my internet.Make canva a suite (like photoshop had the sense to do) and if people want AI, they can pay a premium. After all, why use AI in a GRAPHIC DESIGN suite? It defeats the purpose.Either update your servers Canva or split into a suite. This customer is no longer paying for a programme they cannot use and would recommend other people to find any other design suite as Canva has gone right down the pan. Pitiful
