AT&T is trying to scam people. When you first get an AT&T line, their customer service is friendly, and they offer you a good price. However, once you receive your first bill, you'll be shocked. They charge various taxes that seem unreasonable, such as communication tax, 911 charges, and state tax. It feels like you went to buy a beer, and then they suddenly ask for licensing fees, food and beverage tax, resale certificate fees, and company registration fees, among others. Be careful don't go with them.

Avoid working or getting interviewed here. They said I had problems with the internet which was not true as I've had interviews on teams with other places. I checked the internet speed regularly on various speed test websites and it has been fine. Worst of all there was no communication from Academia. I am sure they fix the awful apple set up at BCU and wanted to find out what I say about that place. I was Unfairly dismissed and treated like garbage at Birmingham City University and have a case against them with ACAS/Employment Tribunal. If anyone wants to know or fish out information, name a place and time and I'll be there. They said their terrible HR will get back to me to reschedule an interview but they haven't. Thankfully. Avoid at all costs.

Push you to breaking point and take so much money it forces you to quit your job as you can’t afford to actually go to work. In fact it gets that bad they make you homeless too. Why does Latest News include items from 2 weeks ago? Go back to the perfectly functional previous version and BBC don’t pay for this!!

If I could give them 0 or -100000000 stars I would. I have been scammed twice from this website. I waited patiently for my orders to arrive in the first year, and guess what....It's almost 3 yrs from my purchase date and I still have not received anything. In total, I have been scammed close to $800 USD from the two purchases I made. I did everything I could: 1) contacted seller multiple times. 2) reached out to Indiegogo support team multiple times. 3) Left multiple messages and STILL RECEIVED NOTHING, NO REFUND EITHER. I'm making a fool of myself 🙃🙃🙃🙃. What a great customer experience to go through if you want to feel like a joke 👿. It's unethical that they allow scammers to sell their products through their platform and the worst of all, they do nothing about it and probably take % profit from our money. BEWARE! STAY AWAY! SAVE YOURSELF FROM SCAMMERS!

My small business has been using Paypal for 10 years-- during which time I have paid them thousands of pounds in fees (that keep inexplicably rising). Recently a vulnerable client made a payment that for some reason did not go through but seems to have permanently been labelled pending-- the money is out of his account, but not in mine. I tried- four times- to discuss with Paypal and at least get a name and contact for my client to contact PayPal. After multiple chats with a bot-- and with incorrect responses to my simple request for a contact, I was told: 'We can not change the information we have already given you...you can call us by selecting Contact Us' (not true-- it is only possible to get into a multi-day chat) we do not offer account managers or specific contacts as our team is all fully trained business relation experts.' I guess so fully trained that they can't actual talk to a client. ....

purchased spare part for bread maker, was faulty after 3 months, contacted Panasonic to be told they do not offer warranty. I asked where it says this on the website and waffled off sales of goods act, was fobbed off. I have always purchased Panasonic products, I will not be doing so in the future, terrible and unreasonable service.

My husband and I recently placed a large kitchen remodeling order with Lowe’s, purchasing over 15 cabinetry units, an oven hood, and other appliances. Because of the size of the order, we received a bundle discount. However, when the cabinets were delivered, more than half arrived in terrible condition—some with holes, others completely broken beyond repair.We immediately contacted Lowe’s, and while we were told a manager would call us back on multiple occasions, no one ever did. Frustrated, my husband returned the damaged cabinets to the store himself, only to learn that Lowe’s does not exchange cabinets. Instead, they require a return and repurchase, meaning we lost the bundle discount we were originally given.This is not just an issue of poor service—it feels like a serious business practice problem. It seems to me, under this policy, Lowe’s can offer large discounts for bundled orders, ship damaged products, and then refuse to honor the discount when replacements are needed. This effectively allows them to advertise lower prices without ever having to truly fulfill them, making it impossible for customers to get what they originally paid for at the promised price.To make matters worse, when my husband arrived at the store, no employees offered to help unload the damaged cabinets from his truck or assist him in picking out and loading replacements. For a company that prides itself on home improvement, the lack of customer service and support was incredibly disappointing.Our experience has been frustrating and costly. If you’re considering a large purchase from Lowe’s, be aware of their policies and be prepared for a lack of service if anything goes wrong.
