Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Frequent Losses and Poor Handling of Fragile Packages. We’ve been using Fedex to send packages to shops, for the past months and unfortunately, our experience has been consistently disappointing. Out of every 2 to 4 shipments, one or two packages go missing, even when we take great care to pack them professionally, especially the fragile items. It’s frustrating and unacceptable for a company that claims to offer reliable service. What’s worse, they often mark parcels as “delivered” when they clearly haven’t been. We’ve had to deal with confused recipients and unhappy customers because of these false delivery updates. Recently, Fedex also refused to take responsibility for damaged or undelivered parcels, claiming they won’t compensate us, even when it’s clearly their fault.We trusted ParcelHero with our business deliveries, but their service has become unreliable, and their customer support does little to help when things go wrong. Very disappointing.
