As we all know, Booking.com allows requests for bookings, and as I was searching for a flat in Milano, I run into such apartament that had this way of booking - first request befor accepting. In the description of the flat there was a license number and a text requesting for contacting the host separately or the request for booking will not be accepted. Well, this is a scam on their app which Booking.com did not prevent for happening. Contacting the host, as mentioning on the description I was scammed for 720 EUR. The scammers made a copy of Booking.com email address and I paid the amoutlnt for the booking to an external bank - unfortunately i made the payment via Revolut and I cannot recover the amount from them. What is shocking is that Booking.com did not have any say on the fact that their application allows scams like this and cannot prevent their clients from such experiences- i booked for years through their app and I could not believe a second that this might happen. Reaching out to booking.com they ask me to send by email all the proof for the scam and once I do, I receive a reply email that I should call them for providing more details and during the calls ask to provide data by email so it is never ending circle. Also, they still cannot understand how their app works and the fact that for the bookings that require request for booking there is no confirmation number (the one i received from the scammer of course could not be checked). I have been scammed on their app and Booking.com pretends it did not happen.

UKLovely pair of boots. My son was excited to receive them; however, they only lasted a few months before starting to fall apart. I was shocked by such poor quality and did something I have never done before in my 20 years of relationship with Adidas - contacted customer service. They suggested sending them for inspection, but the result is not in our favor. The conclusion is: 'We received your returned item(s); however, when we inspected them, they did not meet our return conditions detailed in our returns policy. Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund for these items, and the items will be sent back to you.' No reason, no explanation given, just another generic answer. I am very disappointed, I will definitely be moving to another brands, luckily there are so many around.

They are happy to charge creatives £50 a month for access to their buggy software while profiting and promoting the AI ‘art’ that’s destroying the industry that have lined their pockets for years. They also promote and sell AI rubbish on Adobe Stock actively taking money out the pockets of hard working artists in favour of people capable of writing a sentence in AI software. Pathetic.

I purchased cell phone from flipkart. It getting heating while calling and data use, they waste 7 days, and not given replacement or refund.They send resone messages seller refund policy. But not verify reality blindly faith on technician. He was not rebooted phone I was already done this process. I send snapshot to flipkart consumer forums that shows temp. Of phone is 39. Who check reality. Not confirmation of customer is replaced? Is issue is solved or not. Close request not solved issue.

Went to Best Buy Burlington WA. Waited 45 minutes ask multiple times for help as wanted to purchase a TV. Never received help but saw staff going to immediate assist others who walked in after we did in the same section but were younger and the young men working there and standing around definitely more inclined to help.We left bought TV elsewhere. This store has lost our buisness. I will drive 2 hours to next closest Best Buy

I have ONE friend who uses Venmo and I owed her a few dollars so instead of using Zelle I tried Venmo. It was honestly the worst experience I have ever had with an app. I ended up logging in on my desktop bc I thought the app had a glitch. Before I even linked my bank info to the account, it was temporarily frozen. They have all my personal information at this point but I am in violation of their user guidelines. Which one? Yeah, I have no clue. I wasn't told why my account was temporarily frozen but said if I didn't follow the instructions in the emails I would be permanently banned from the app but I had already complied and submitted everything so now I'm thinking I was somehow hacked along the way. I asked why he was threatening me to which his response was, Just because you don't like the answer doesn't mean I'm threatening you. So, telling someone that they will be banned from using an app they haven't even set up yet isn't a threat. Got it. Since customer support wasn't supportive, I went to Twitter and contacted them that way and also asked the Federal Trade Commission on Twitter if Venmo has a lot of complaints about this. Now, a supervisor is involved and I will be notified in 4-5 business days as to whether or not I can use Venmo. In the mean time, I sent a check via snail mail since the recipient doesn't know how to use Zelle. I tried to delete my account but was instructed to contact customer service and you know that's not going to go well. The End.

I pay for the yearly Boost membership which advertises free next day grocery delivery on orders of $35 or more. The first 3 months were fantastic and my groceries were delivered the next day as stated. Now 3 1/2 months later when I go to order groceries (of course over my 35 minimum) it shows delivery days of 4 days out. I called customer service and was basically told "slots filled up and there is nothing they can do". There is nothing in my membership or online that states that a certain amount of slots are allotted. This is false advertising and I paid for a service that they are no longer willing to provide. I have a membership agreement that states, I paid for a service that would provide next day delivery and they are not willing to provide this. In my opinion, this is a legal matter for Kroger and I fully intend to pursue this matter.

Anyway after taking time to fund a - —$11436 order before putting the the money in I asked if any issues would arise and I’ll definatley get paid- Loan behold I finished with $23546 and they want to charge me $12000 to with draw this!! Absolute scum! Police are involved fraud teams! All these big hotel names funding this fraudulent company disgusting!!
