Kickstarter does not care about its own rating, not about hacking projects. There are a lot of fraud projects and Kickstarter does not protect you against fraud at all.I participated in the Erazor campaign, the creator just disappeared after a few months. Kickstarter support did not help me with refund, nor with sue.

I reserved a hotel in Egypt via agoda it was very difficult to communicate with agoda for a help from customer services. Agoda has always trying 1. to have the booking as none refundable 2. Poor customer services and inability to contact them with ease, washing their hands from the booking while asking customer to communicate with the host which are most of the times not an easy job to do particularly if you are abroad subsequently I would recommend not use agoda at all considering the above.

I tried several times to put a genuine review about Sun Siyam Olhuvelli in Maldives. No slander or bad language. And tripadvisor keeps removing this review. I put 1/5 review because of my experience and tripadvisor took it down 3 times now. Further more 3 other families have had the same issue. So we do not trust tripadvisor reviews as they are false. Never trust tripadvisor

As with other readers, I discovered I could not cancel my subscription online - ridiculous. I sent in a request through their contact form. The reply told me to phone 0808196 8078. This line is only music. Nobody ever answers this phone - not even an announcement or menu. Eventually I found a second number 0800 332020 through trawling the internet - this number is not given on the telegraph website. With this, I did manage to cancel the subscription. But HONESTLY! This is not an appropriate level of service from a supposedly reputable company in this day and age. Will not be renewing the subscription after this experience.

i understood that the BBB was a site which looked at complaints about an american company. however, their site does not allow you to post unless you are in america, canada or mexico. they have a facebook page but again, if you try to ask a question, it again says that you must have a zip code for america canada or mexico. so the site really is useless to anybody with a complaint about an american company
