i understood that the BBB was a site which looked at complaints about an american company. however, their site does not allow you to post unless you are in america, canada or mexico. they have a facebook page but again, if you try to ask a question, it again says that you must have a zip code for america canada or mexico. so the site really is useless to anybody with a complaint about an american company
