Mailerlite support is the best!

Mailerlite support is the best! Always patient, polite and knowledgeable. I recently signed up for Mailerlite Pro and needed some help with the landing pages and the integration with Stripe. As usual, the support staff came through with shining colours. I have to say I love the Mailerlite Pro landing pages to sell products. Beautiful, easy to navigate and work seamlessly. WM

The latest update has virtually made…

The latest update has virtually made Facebook unusable.It's supposed to be faster, but it's slower.It's supposed to be easier to use, but isn't and you now have to hunt for items, it's certainly not user friendly, they need to bring back the link to the classic Facebook.Logged in this morning and found it had reverted to a previous version. I guess they'd had multiple complains, at least it's back to normal.

I have had positive experiences with wayfair! I purchase often from the website never a issue They only supply their house brands and a few of the bigger clients in their own facility to ship out a lot of shipping comes straight from manufacturer of item , your purchasing from a seller usually manufacturer unless its wayfair branded like joss and main etc. they have never done me wrongly Im astonished by the rating on here

Issues with refugee families

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff, Wales on 24th and 25th March 2023, for the first time. Reception staff were all super-welcoming and friendly. The reception bar seating area is contemporary with outside space overlooking the water. A little disappointingly the soft furnishings in this area could do with attention - they were badly stained in places. The bedrooms are adequate and clean. Our complaint concerns the fair number of refugees staying at the hotel. Apart from several adults there were unaccompanied children running around the corridors and stairs of the hotel and present in the breakfast room both mornings. All boys, aged between around 6 - 9 years old, they appeared to use the Hotel as a playground, running around when other guests were trying to get to the buffet and helping themselves to large amounts of food (although on this score I have to say the adult refugees were all very greedy, too, rudely grabbing the lion’s share of fresh fruit, cooked breakfast and bakery goods and taking still more food away with them, with one man clearing all the available bacon at a stroke). On the second morning I asked the receptionist where the boys’ parents were. I was told the children were with Ukrainian families and had been staying at the hotel for over a year. I was advised that two of the boys were the children of someone working at the hotel, but the receptionist wasn’t sure about the parents of the other two boys. I’m really not sure why IHG has allowed this situation to happen. Other guests, including us, had paid to stay in this hotel. We are IHG’s ‘bread and butter’ and we shouldn’t be subjected to this sort of treatment. Workers should not be permitted to ‘bring their children to work’ because they can’t do their job and supervise them. And kids should not be allowed anywhere in the hotel unaccompanied. This must be a breach of H&S rules. Not a great experience.

Great info, analysis, almost everything. Negatives: 1. difficult to communicate from here (Germany), 2. some slip-ups (I lost a lot of money on Silicon Valley Bank. TMF failed to foresee its collapse completely!!)

Canceled my account without any warning…

Update:I STILL never received an email notifying me, let alone explaining why, my account was closed.If i was doing something against policy or incorrect I would love to have known about it so I could correct it. But the lack of communication by square support is absolutely ridiculous. Just canceled my account with zero notification or explanation of why or the opportunity to correct. Also couple of different emails that said I would be hearing from somebody within square one to two business days and it's been almost 2 weeks!I went to Square Community to ask for help, and Square has blocked me from there, too! They won't let me post on the boards to ask for help.Totally non-existent customer service... Canceled my account without any warning or reason. Said they sent an email, but did not, except saying my checking account is closed, but no reason why. (But they kept my money that's in the savings account that they collect high interest on while giving us 1% btw)Called customer service who said they couldn't disclose anything, transfer me to anyone to talk to, and I would have to wait for an email describing thier decision after being on the phone for a hour! Like i had received an email in the first place.... lots of them, for marketing trying to sell me more product! But no email explanation as they say they sent. Let's see what the AI response is going to be to my review here.....

Using fraudulent couriers

They used to be reliable company, but recently they have started using fraudulent couriers such as Delhivery courier. They claim to have delivered even though they havent, and when one calls customer service to complain they just say "we are sorry" and doesn't change anything.

I am having a billing issue right now with my email, which is now deactivated, and let me just say wow. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with- and they are supposed to actually handle manage emails/ websites. Everything said here is true and happened- they can't process credit card and are having me try every mickey mouse workaround- it is "highly technical" you know. Never realized a host company processing a credit card was so GD complicated. I came on here out of curiosity to see if others had issues, and what do you know it is pervasive. These incompetent buffoons should be shut down.

Total scam company!

Booked a room and Hotels.com said it had free cancellation. When I cancelled I was charged $188 ! There is no call centre or email to contact this company so if you have a problem you're out of luck, please avoid dealing with these parasites!
